Front desk was busy on a phone call chit chatting The bell to ring was not on the desk It was located by the printer I walk around looking for someone

Location, easily accessible , quite , special antique shopping

Room was updated and clean. Great location if you’re an antique shopper, some within walking distance.

The front desk people were rude. Checking out lady was nice she was originally from wyhoming. Didn't like getting a knock at door at 8 am when i was staying for 5 days. My daughter went swimming and felt creeped our when night staff (male) was pacing in lobby and watching her and she is 15 years old.

Checking in was a nightmare. The clerk typed my credit card number in incorrectly 2 times (I found this out when I called the company to find out why it was declined) so it was declined. She proceeded to scold me for trying to use a bad card in front of several people in the lobby. She then complained about being too busy that night. When I called for a wake up call she told me to call back later because she was too busy with laundry to deal with a wake up call then. I called back later and she said she set it, but I did not get a wake up call.

Pool was closed for maintenance. No warning. Could have said something so we could have went to a different hotel. Negative for Orbitz.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Overall good value for the price.

It took me 25 minutes to check in. I had to hear about the employee's diabetes and how many reservations she had that night. How busy she was, that she didn't feel well, etc. I don't mind waiting if there is a medical issue, but I had to wait for her to get orange juice, drink it and sit for a while and talk to me. She could have taken the juice to the desk and drank it while she checked me in. I asked for only 1 key since I was traveling by myself, she said "I am going to give you 2 keys because you will probalby lose one of them. Customer service was not good at check in. When checking out the employee did not want to give me a receipt although I did pay at the hotel. She said that since I booked through Orbitz I would receive a receipt through them. I have always received a recepit at the hotel when I paid there. I finally convinced her to give me one but it took nearly 15 minutes. I felt like my time was unimportant to the hotel and their staff. It is very valuable to me.

The room was comfortable and accessible for my father who has some disability. It was quiet and easy to find. We enjoyed our night's stay.

There was a person ahead of me who had problems so I had to wait, but when it was my turn, check in was quick and problem free. Very clean and comfortable

All good at hotel. Needed place to stay on short notice and facilities and staff were fine. Cold pool but hot hottub. Breakfast ok and room was cozy.

Pleasant experience except that we had to leave a day early and they said they had no way to reimburse us the prepaid room because it was Orbitz.

The room smelled really bad, it was dirty, no elevator, staff not very friendly, I wouldn't recommend it

Quick one night stay but found no issues. Breakfast was good. The eggs should have been hotter.

Comfort Inn's are always very clean and enjoyable. We have never been disappointed.

getting to and from the hotel was a little bit tricky. There is alot of construction going on around the area roads, but it isn't that bad.It was well maintained and staff was friendly

The Ozark comfort Inn was very nice and clean. I had a king size bed with at lest four pillow varing in firmness which was really nice. The breakfast in the morning smelled great, but I did not have chance to try. The only negative thing I had was that i got a room facing the highway and got alot of traffic noise at night. Besides that everything was good.
