"Our experience at the Hyatt was top-notch! My husband and I arrived a lot later than we had originally anticipated and the staff was more than accommodating. When we arrived (in the middle of the night) there was one person available who was handling multiple duties. Due having to wait while he assisted another guest, he provided us with complimentary self-parking and hotel breakfast. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was not only a chef's kiss, but the staff and service was exceptional! Hubby and I travel a lot and we have been typically loyal to Hilton properties. However after this experience compared to some unfavorable experiences at Hilton, we may have just found our perfect match with Hyatt!"

"The hotel was very nice and clean and I enjoyed all the restaurants and the amenities for you to have fun but I do wish I had a microwave. I missed that because sometimes you have too much food and you wanna eat it later you can’t do it when you order from downstairs and sometime, you might wanna eat your breakfast later and you can’t do that either because breakfast is over at 10:30. If you wanna sleep in late, you can order at least warm it up that is what I disliked and I wish they would change the rules, but it would be so nice to be able to order up a microwave even if you have to pay extra to get one that is one of the amenities I hate that they didn’t have but other than that the service was great and I really enjoyed it and I would invite us to come."
