Beautiful hotel upon entry with A1 bar & staff!

I chose to stay here because it sponsored the NPC bodybuilding show I was attending. The hotel when entering is gorgeous! However; my room was subpar. It looked like the cleaning staff rushed to get it ready. It was clean enough though, just missing trash bags in the cans. But the bed was VERY comfortable! For the amount of money that I paid for this room, I would have expected to have a microwave in it, but there was none. The coffee maker was dirty so I had to go downstairs to get coffee. I didn’t have any of the breakfast, but the dinner the night before was magnificent! The bar, I rate an A+, the staff was super friendly and the drinks that were made at the bar were excellent as well. That was probably the highlight of this hotel for me. Even though I was just there for two nights I still would have expected my room to be cleaned ir at least receive clean towels, but that didn’t happen. No one came to my room while I was gone all day. I would still rate this hotel and eight out of 10.

Every aspect of this property was exactly as I expected. The staff were all professional and friendly. The food was excellent, as was the bar. If I am back in Spartanburg, I will stay here again! I recommend it!
