Came for the pool and after it was booked and ready to check in get there and they say the pool is not available and wouldn’t give a refund to get another room with a pool

Pretty clean , so/so comfortable
The room was decent for the price. The people that work there were friendly and welcoming. The bed mattress was not the best but was not the worst either. The bed pillows have seen better days and I wish I would have brought my own. I had an adjoining room and the walls to the room next store definitely were not soundproof. I pretty much heard the prostitute and her John doing their business. Thank goodness he was her only customer for the evening or I would have checked out. Other than that it was fine for the price and location.

Not a pleasant stay.
Not such a good stay. First two mornings we were asked by house keeping if we were leaving or staying and did we want the room cleaned. The next two days we were ignored and the room never got cleaned. Had to call the night manager and get fresh towels. The iron had some residue on it that melted onto my dress shirt...we had a wedding to go to that day and had to have another iron and ironing board delivered to the room. The breakfast area was a complete mess with trash overflowing, no eggs, a few undercooked sausage and some potatoes is all that was there. The room was on the fifth floor and faced the highway. There is a Denny's nextdoor and other places to eat breakfast down the street. Complained about house keeping on checkout and got no satisfaction from the front desk. Short staffed was the excuse.

Theres no way regular cleaning staff could improve the cleanliness rating i gave. This property needs to be powerwashed. The floors and grout and showers were dusgusting . I switched rooms and created a towel path from the shower to my shoes. Even the carpet grossed me out but it might have left over willies from the shower scene.
