Sheets had stains with a disgusting odor and someone’s hairs were on the flat sheets. Very certain sheets were never changed. Top comforter had huge stains all over it. Videos and photos were taken. Dirty / filthy everywhere. Showed cleaning staff when checking out from a one night stay. TV and hair dryer did not work. Was told room was in a quiet area, but doors were slammed often until 1:50 a.m. AC worked but sputtered loudly every minute to two minutes.

Had to be changed to another room because the bedding was dirty in the first room. Second room the AC didn’t work, shower was filthy and it just made the stay terrible 😔

There was mold in the shower, and it also smelled like mildew in the bathroom. The bed linens were dirty. It overall was not a good room. And I had 2 rooms and both were bad

We knew we weren’t staying at a top scale hotel. We knew what we were signing up for. We checked in around 5. I asked to pay for the late fee. We were waiting on our house to close the next morning. At 11am we thought it was house keeping. We yelled back we’re here to one The banging got a lot louder police like. I opened the door and the man told us we had to get out. I told him we paid the extra $28 for the late stay. He told me we did not. I said that’s not my fault your employee didn’t. I said that’s no way to treat us. He said pay now or leave. So we just left and waited the time out elsewhere. Don’t stay here.

All we can say to future travelers is just NO!! This hotel is filthy. The smell of cigarettes and pot was nasty. The bathroom and shower were tiny and dirty. The bed was the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in. Front desk staff could use a class on customer service. Would never stay at another Sleep Inn.

Hotel needs to be renovated.

It was ok room need new bed, wall in bedroom needs to be clean. As for bathroom needs to be clean better. Floor and door was dirty. In picture looks good and clean but when check in opposite of picture on website.
