short staffed, we stayed three nights and room was not serviced.
Loved that they had a lending library. View from the terrace of downtown was spectacular. Easily walkable to everything we wanted to see

Thr river view from the hotel was great! It is very close to Market Square and the many food options. I enjoyed walking the shoreline through Point Park in the evening. The city view was beautiful. My only issue was finding parking for my truck. The hotel does not have its own parking, but i was able to use the valet for surface parking at a slightly higher cost.
