Southwest Coast Florida Vacation Packages

The hotel entrance is hard to find and resembles an alley way with a trash can/dumpster. The receptionist is hidden behind a computer monitor and not a very welcoming reception or entrance. The rooms are large and the location is excellent with stores, the beach and eateries close by. The elevator and corridors are dated and worn and the door handles are loose which is unnerving as a female solo traveler. I requested to be moved from my original room with a balcony due to having bugs I'm my room and crawling on my bed, apparently from the trees. The staff were accommodating with this and my 2nd room was nice (and bug free). It wasn't a horrible stay but it's not a place I would return to or recommend to friends, there are many options in the immediate area.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this suite is NOT recommended. You can hear motorcycles and racing cars at all hours of the night. Valet is $60 per night mandatory payment required upon check in for the entire length of your stay tips not included. This is not stated in the description prior to booking. BEWARE.

⭐⭐ 2/5 Stars — Completely Unacceptable Experience, Overpriced, Poorly Maintained, and Absolutely Not Worth the Money We chose Tideline Palm Beach Resort to celebrate a special occasion, expecting a relaxing, enjoyable experience at a beachfront resort. Unfortunately, our stay was anything but that. For the price we paid, the number of issues we encountered was completely unacceptable. First, upon arrival, we discovered that valet parking was mandatory at $35 per day, regardless of whether we wanted to use the service. This was an unexpected additional expense, and guests should have the option to park their own vehicles rather than being forced to pay for valet parking. Once we got to our room, things only got worse. The bathroom door actually fell off its hinges! This was an extremely heavy door that could have caused a serious injury had someone been standing in the wrong place. This is not simply an inconvenience; it is a significant safety concern that should never occur in a hotel room, especially at a property charging resort-level prices. The room itself was also disappointing. There were very few accessible electrical outlets, making it unnecessarily difficult to charge our phones or get any work done. The lighting was absolutely terrible. The room was so dark that we could barely see, and the lights on our outdoor patio did not work at all.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
