setting was stunning with view over pool overlooking lake lugano in the distance. there are construction cranes in distance throughout city but nothing to do with hotel. on site restaurants were very good, wait staff so helpful and kind. pool beautiful. 5 min walk to funicolare to town and trainstation.

Fantastic hotel with great food and services!

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. As we were celebrating our anniversary, we were kindly upgraded, which made our visit feel even more special. We were also treated to a complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We were greeted with complimentary drinks on arrival, and even given drinks to take with us when we left for our journey home, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a lovely balcony where we could relax. We also appreciated the little extras, including robes and slippers in the bathroom, along with complimentary water and biscuits waiting for us on arrival. We especially enjoyed spending an hour at the lido opposite the hotel, which was a great addition to our stay. Overall, everything was wonderful. The attention to detail and excellent service made our anniversary celebration truly memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend this hotel.
