Perfect for our family of four. Both kids had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped and the living room area was spacious. Located on a quiet road but only one - two blocks from the main Southern Pines commercial area.

We had a wonderful stay!! This house is adorable and had plenty of space for friends to spend a weekend together. Perfect location! You could walk to everything in downtown.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Their property was warm, inviting and clean! We celebrated a post Thanksgiving dinner with our son and another soldier stationed at Ft Bragg. Couldn’t ask for a better location close to downtown! Our 2 Bernese Mtn. Dogs felt right at home!!! Thank you for opening your home to our whole family!!! Andre‘ & Lisa

This home is charming, clean and very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable too! We enjoyed the short walk into town and the walking trails nearby.

Worth the stay

Southern Pines Palace

We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The house was perfect in every way and the location to restaurants and the town of Southern Pines was perfect. Sitting on the front porch at night was a true highlight of the trip. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Labor Day Weekend

The Flat Coat Cottage was all it was stated to be. Plenty of room for everyone and a short walk to downtown Southern Pines. We would plan on staying here again

Wonderful stay downtown Southern Pines

We had a wonderful 18 day stay at Flat Coat Cottage. The house is a perfect size, actually feels larger than the pictures make it look. The house was welcoming and well stocked for our arrival. We loved being able to walk into Southern Pines and enjoy all the restaurants and stores. The location was also close to so many other local amenities including numerous parks. We highly recommend this property and plan to visit again.

Nicely updated with plenty of room

We really enjoyed having our own bathrooms and loved the powder room in the social area. Everything was decorated well and updated.
