The hotel was clean and updated, the breakfast buffet had lots of options and it was close to the piers. We were disappointed that the heated pool was still cold and right next to the hotel is a bus yard which was loud at night. There were also many transient individuals between the hotel and pier that were aggressively panhandling and inappropriate in multiple ways. Not that the hotel can do anything about that but just noteworthy especially if you have young children with you.

Awesome check in and later Chris on the front desk was extremely accommodating for sure. Restaurant was ok. Loud from sound acoustics. Servers were extremely warm and welcoming, food was good but not outstanding and service was initially very slow; 10 minutes before a server came over.
