It was a beautiful house very expensive not worth the price

Not enough cleaning supplies no broom or mop. Dish soap was enough for 3 plates we had a party of 12 not enough paper towels for the price i wish i had booked elsewhere

Great place. The gaming system was a winner.

Location was convenient. It was very clean and had a nice decor. There were a couple of issues I only issue I came across . One, there was no broom or mop around to clean. I’m a neat freak and this bothered me the most. Two, the smell of urine coming from the restroom in the bathroom near the twin bedroom was really bad. I think this may be under the flooring and may need to have ceramic tile placed to avoid this issue. Overall this was an amazing place. Thank you so much for sharing your place with my family. It was beautiful!

Love the well equipped kitchen, decent size rooms. Great location, minutes to Heavenly Ski resort.

Overall good experience, only suggestion is a fresh coat of interior paint.

Nice and relaxing stay

We really enjoy the cabin. It was nice and clean. The balcony was nice and the bench around was great. Also we had a beautiful view from balcony and backyard. The only little issue was the door which connect the outside of home to the balcony. That wooden door was broken and didn't work. Overall it was very good experience. Thank you.

Weekend Getaway

We booked the house for a guys trip weekend. The house was as advertised and the BBQ, deck, and foosball table were a hit. Some prior reviews complained of cleanliness, but we didn’t experience any of that. It was a hot weekend for Tahoe but with the fans going and the windows open it wasn’t a problem. Limited communication with the property manager but they were very responsive. Overall, we had a great time and would recommended this house.

Overall great stay.

We read the past mixed reviews so we fully prepared to bring stuff we need should there be issues right before we drove and checked into South Lake Tahoe. So, luckily we had more than enough items within the nice, spacious house during our stay. It was also real great that we were able to contact the agency to extend our stay, pay and check out later today (1/26/20) for just a small extra fee. The house parking, jacuzzi, sauna, reception, kitchen items, entertainment, & actual location worked out great for my entire group there (e.g. close to ski resorts, close to supermarkets, hiking trails, casinos, etc. It was also great that the weather was overall fine this whole weekend that we were here in South Lake Tahoe. I highly recommend this place & would stay here again with my friends. Thanks for your assistance in making this a great Birthday weekend!

Wrongfully Charged..!

The living room, kitchen and appliances are upgraded that’s about it. Cleanliness is subpar or even below standards... carpet that leads to upstairs is dirty and needs to be changed. Bed sheets and pillow cases were not made during our stay because hairs were visible as if it was just previously used. Staying here in a sweltering heat in August is a NO-no, since the house has NO AC, inside of the house is too hot to stay in even at 7pm at night. What made it horrible experience was being charged for something we had not committed. The property manager wrongfully charged us for the broken backyard door that was already cracked when we first arrived there, we even showed proof (first pictures taken right after arrival), that was sent to the property manager for evidence. It’s been a week and a half now and we still have not received our refund, I have emailed the property owner and have yet to received a reply. My review would have been more positive if they had not charged us, but no response from the property owner, no communication at all... future renters please be advised, stay at your WILL... this place will fraud and charged you for things you had not done. We have stayed at different places in Tahoe multiple times, we have always respected and taken care of the place, never have been charged with anything. We leave the house clean, trash brought out, etc. This is the first time this happened to us. Hopefully does not happen to anyone..

It was good.

Overall, the stay was good but there is some difficulties that we had faced. Our trash was full and we had no where to store our trash, nobody gave us our code even at check in, and there were broken items in the house. Other than that we did enjoy our stay at this house, just not to its full potential.

This house was fine for what we needed it for. It has ample amounts of bedrooms and 3 full baths which is nice. 3 of the beds were dirty when we went to go to sleep (hair and dirt on sheets on 2 and someone’s old contacts in the other) and there were no extra clean sheets to be found to change them. The deck needs to be replaced and is very weak in some places. The spa is extremely small. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and utensils, but there are absolutely no spices, or any cooking necessities like flour or sugar, plastic bags, foil etc. The coffee machine is horrible. It’s extremely hard to use and takes whole beans only. We were only able to get 1 or 2 good pots of decent coffee out of the 4-6 tries. They only provide 2 rolls of paper towels and for 10 people we had barely enough towels. No beach towels or extra towels could be found. Besides the beds, the house was clean and the location is awesome. Overall an okay rating. But wouldn’t stay there again.

Comfortable and modern home

Nice place. Bedrooms were pretty comfortable. All had smart TVs with Apple TVs. Having 3 bathrooms was great. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was a focal point and had nice new appliances as well as spacious counters. Furniture was comfortable and all 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed the place. We loved the mame arcade simulator station as well as the fusball table. Key notes: -Water is scalding so be careful -Only about 4 wine glasses in the cupboards -Gas fireplace fan was loud. When the pilot was busted they had someone over within an hour. Thanks for that! -No handsoap in bathrooms Other than that we loved the place and will definitely see if it's available next Superbowl as we do this every year.

Enjoyed our stay at this property in South Lake Tahoe.

Our family visited for Christmas 2018. We had 12 people with 2 babies under 2 years old. It was nice to arrive and find out that there were 2 pack-n-plays at the property. They also have a small crib. We really enjoyed the large family area. The bedrooms are small but adequate. There was plenty of bedding and pillows for our group. It is sufficient for a family/group of 12. The location is great since you're about in the middle of town. It snowed the day before we arrived so the kids & adults enjoyed a snow ball fight in the property outside the back gate. It was nice having woods in the back and not a neighborhood. We would definitely go here again. The only complaint is not enough detailed instructions about what to do at checkout. Could have more information about what to do with bedding, towels, etc.

the house was great but!!!

The house is really nice, but there lack of some of the basics, like pot holders, and indoor broom and dust pan, along with no seasonings for cooking, not even salt or pepper was a major disappointment. All in all, it is a great house, just make sure you bring a lot of little extras. We would rent this unit again, now that we know what they don't supply.

Fantastic house for a family reunion

The house was exactly as advertised. My only complaint is a few things needed fixing, like the faucet on the kitchen sink and the upstairs shower control. Bring your own pot holders there are none. Minor things didn’t detract from the overall stay.

Great house for the large companies

We wanted to host a weekend gathering for 8 people in South Lake Tahoe, and booking this house turned out to be a great decision. Everything went smoothly: * all instructions sent in a timely manner * very easy check-in process * clean, recently renovated house * nice temperature control - Nest thermostat on each floor, gas fireplace at the ground floor. No A/C, but the house stayed cool enough when it was 85F outside * great spacious kitchen (although it's not stocked with any food - make sure to bring everything, including tea/coffee, spices etc.) * comfortable bedrooms * gas outdoor grill in decent condition. * enough entertainment for those who like it: arcade, foosball, AppleTV/Netflix, XBox, etc. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic

House was great and only 4 miles from Stateline casinos. Plenty of parking. Backyard opens up to green belt so did not feel like we were surrounded with other homes. Only minor complaint was House did not have extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious, great location but small jacuzzi

The house was very spacious. We had 9 adults during the stay. Location was about a 10 min drive from casinos. There is a jacuzzi but it is very small. Only 4 ppl can fit at once. The code is not displayed anywhere so you will need to contact the property manager for the lock code.

Clean and recently renovated property

We spent four days at the property. I believe we were on of the first tenants. The house was clean and well organized when we got there. There was a generous amount of consumables, paper towels, shampoo, etc. The house is well stocked with kitchenware, towels, and other necessary items. The kids enjoyed the classic table-top arcade. The only negative note is that it was difficult to speak to the management company in person. I called during business hours and couldn't reach them. They didn't return my call. I also emailed them and did not receive a response. However, they did provide all the necessary information to use the property in their standard emails.
