Our vibrant Inn was recently renovated with a classic, retro flair and is ideally located within a short drive to all of Tahoe's best attractions. Guests will be treated to knotty pine finishes, colorful accents, and tasteful mountain decor. After a full day of outdoor recreation, you'll be happy to return to your nearby cozy suite and cuddle up by the fireplace, and prepare a meal at the kitchenette or order takeout from one of the many eateries within walking distance. There is an onsite common are kitchen for cooking and eating at our property next door. Check us out on IG @tahoe_mountain_inn -Two dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $40 per stay. Dogs must be leashed at all times while on the property and may not be left unattended in the room. Owners should be mindful that there is a major road nearby and remain attentive in keeping dogs away from the street. -There are two security cameras facing the parking lot. -There is one allotted parking space per room. Trailer parking is not permitted. -4x4 vehicle required in winter -Please note this suite has significant road noise. Earplugs and a noise machine are provided. City/town tax number: 012537 The property manager is available to troubleshoot questions or issues. Please be aware there is no office on site and questions and issues may not be addressed after 9pm as we do not operate as a 24hr hotel. The Inn is located off of Lake Tahoe Blvd, which offers many local eateries and attractions within walking distance or a short drive. High-speed WiFi and table for remote working -Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker -Streaming services are available on the TV, such as, Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. Attractions: Magic Carpet Golf - 0.5 Miles Bijou Community Park- 1.5 Miles Thomas F. Check in was very quick and easy. Room suited our needs just fine. Bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels very good. Small fridge and microwave. No cooktop. Would stay here again.

The bed was squished against the wall with no space for a water bottle or a lamp to read (not as pictured). I had to crawl to the end of the bed to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Black curly hair in shower, right on a main street, which you cannot see from pin. Gave earplugs and noice canceller, but noise canceller did not work at all. Not ready at check in time. Heater worked well. People in room next door had TV on until 4 am (I'm assuming to block out street noise??), but kept us awake, as well as traffic. Sink is so tiny, you drip water on the floor when wasing your face. You are required to wash your cups and glasses when you leave, which we did. We turned everything off as requested. I emailed the manager before I posted this, and all he said was sorry.

There was no air conditioning, it was 92 degrees in my room and the ceiling fans did little to help. The room also faintly smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was recently remodeled and looked nice but the above 2 reasons cause me to give it a poor rating.
