This home is wonderfully reminiscent of "days gone by." While not for those looking for a luxurious lake vacation, it is a great spot for families that prefer a more basic, family friendly lake experience. The neighborhood borders a pristine and protected meadow area, is walkable to the downtown casino area and ski shuttle stop. Guests have access to the neighborhood beach as well as a host of children's programs designed for maximum fun!
Please note that pets are allowed at this property with prior permission and pet fee! This home is available for a minimum of 31 nights due to the City VR ordinance. Perfect for an extended stay - work from home and enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer!

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.
