Do not waste your money. I paid $200 for two nights and it was awful. The bed was littered with ants.I only stayed one night because of how dirty the room was. When I checked out, the property manager was shocked but told me I needed to inform him to clean the room. Aren’t you supposed have a clean room before your guests arrive? Why should I be doing your job. Go anywhere else even if it means spending a few more bucks. This place is NOT worth it.

My family and I were looking for a last minute hotel stay in Tahoe. This was one of the only available. When we got into the room we found the room was infested with ants. All in the beds and all over the night stand. I’ve stayed in some rough places but this was by far in the worst shape and dirtiest. The only thing the front office offered was some bug spray and a quick cleaning of the room.

Do NOT book this place. Very run down place, pillows are gross and has suspicious stains. There were literal trash left in the drawers, suspicious brown stain in the chair, closet area smells like mold. Bathroom has no exhaust fan/ vent , so I need to open the bathroom window which was broken and almost fell on my fingers. PLS DO NOT BOOK!

The room was very dirty. Blood on the bedding. The shower curtain had blood as well along with mold. It had a weard stench as well. We had 3 rooms all together and they were all dirty with mold. I would not recommend to stay here.

Never Again!

I don't even know where to start off. I'm not one to complain however this is not a place I would stay at again. When we accessed our room, I could see it wasn't cleaned. There was dirt on the floors in the main room and bathroom. I noticed there were no towels and had to go to the office and request them. There was dust all over the nightstand. When I went to use the restroom, the toilet had not been flushed from a prior user. I explained to my husband this is not ok. He stated we are just sleeping here so let it be. Well, I let it be. When I woke up in the morning to take a shower. There was a big blob of hair in the shower drain. (Gross) I like a soft mattress, but this was a little too soft. When you laid on the mattress, we litterly sunk into it. The only good thing about this place was the location. We didn't' want to stay close to the stay line but close enough to ride bikes or drive to the casino. As people say you get what you pay for. I will spend a little more money next time for a clean room.

For the cost , was definitely not up to par bed was rock hard bed made noises just slitghtly moving carpet was discusting stains everywhere , tv didnt and then when it did had lines through it. Towels had stains on them. Time to do some upgrades if ur going to charge those kind of prices.

The bed was like sleeping on a deflated air mattress. The room was dirty, bathroom had hair on the sink and floor, there was less than a half a roll of TP in the room. The place is going through a remodel and that’s cool that they are trying, but still a lot of work to do. Oh yea, the towels were also filthy and stained. Didn’t even tempt to use them. I would definitely spend a bit more and stay somewhere else.
