"The worst stay I’ve ever had in a supposed 5 star hotel, to mention some issues in a 3 day stay:
- 2 of 4 elevators in the suites tower were not working, lines to go up and down were up to 40 minutes, JUST TO GO TO THE LOBBY or to your room from the lobby. We ended up going down by the stairs with kids 23 floors
- We went to the pool 2 days and both days they ran out of towels!!!! A 5 star hotel with NO TOWELS, and we rented a cabana, I can’t imagine if you don’t do that what will be the experience
- The hotel has now 4 towers and only ONE restaurant for breakfast, the wait is 45 minutes to get a table (At least)
- They never arrived the first night to make the sofa bed (an adult slept in the sofa, no bed)
If you want a guide on HOW to destroy a legacy brand as Fontainebleau go to the Miami Beach property.
For a $1,200 usd a night hotel I can assure you this is one of the worst experiences in the world you can have.
