The facility is good but the room smelt of dampness. Otherwise, the stay was good. Staffs are friendly and the food was good
The accommodation was good for me
I was disappointed. The front desk staff were not very friendly. The restaurant food was really bad (the worst meal we’ve had in South Africa). The crowd at night was very rowdy. Can’t believe this is a 4* hotel. Will not be back.
Wonderful bed, showers, convenience to airport, helpful staff. Only suggestion...airport shuttle does not begin early enough in the morning to catch early flights.

The hotel was absolutely stunning and the people were great. The ONLY DOWNSIDE was the fire alarm that kept going off...a lot.
The staff was nice, and the food was very good. The bed was nice and firm.
I liked the hotel design and restaurant onsite. Front desk service and recommendations were poor. They also messed up our room assignment.

The buffet was always delicious, Jethro was a great bartender we enjoyed the sitting area on the garden pool and near the bar. The staff really helped out when we thought an item had been lost. Just a note on the room - linens were really nice. Sink and shower section definitely needs a wall instead of a curtain. Water sloshed into sleeping area. Loved the hotel
