Great 5th year anniversary room had a great time...great Jacuzzi!!!

Wanted to charge for a lame continental breakfast that was supposed to be included. One lamp in room did not have a bulb. Less than 10 TV channels and no guide. Had to use a generic controller. Insufficient parking.

When I booked this room for $55, I was a little nervous. The only other time I've stayed in a room that cheap was at Motel 6, and it was horrible. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Granted, my family and I weren't there for long but we had a good experience. The desk staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the room was clean. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to someone who was in the area. I only wish that restaurants would deliver here- we called and looked up several, and the hotel was out of the service area for all of them (even though we weren't looking at anything over 10 miles away). After driving for over 5 hours from western Massachusetts, the last thing I felt like doing was going out and getting food. There was a restaurant there but I can't remember if it was already closed when we got there or what.

. door did not work on first 2 rooms. Keys. Fixed. the all fine

The best thing about this hotel is its beautiful design and also that it has a very good restaurant there. The worst thing about it is that there was no microwave oven or refrigerator in the room. The tv is old fashioned and only have a few channel to choose from. There is too much noisy conversations and chatter in the corridors and hallways by the guests.I must also add that the cleaning and housekeeping staff has been very helpful. They made my stay a bit more comfortable.

The staff were very nice and helpful, they made my stay very comfortable. The hotel is decent and quiet.

It is missing staff, needs to renew romos, but the Price is affordable and the place is beautiful now in winter

i enjoy my stay at this place the room was clean and the staff was friendly the only thing annoy me was that almost every day i need it to get a key to get to my room cause the one i get work only for a day but i knew it so before going to my room i stop at the front office for it.

The room was much better than what I expected after reading on line. It even had a large tub that I am not sure I asked for but it was not a jacuzzi in that it did not have jets. I do not know if that is what the "jacuzzi" rooms have or not. I didn't ask since I did not request a jacuzzi. The tub was in the room where the bed was and there was a separate bathroom with shower and tub. There were no wash clothes and I asked and they said the management chose not to supply them. No traffic, at all, in area and easy to take the short ride into NYC and to get to convention center in Edison. I would stay there again but I would bring a wash cloth. Used the hand towels they supplied. The bath towels were okay for me but for some, they might be small. There was no fridge or microwave in room.

You get what u pay for.. If u can find this hotel for under $50 it's worth it.. But not worth more then that .. Carpets are dirty if u get a room with a jacuzzi chances are they dont work properly. Place smells like cigarettes even though its non-smoking.. And u only get two small towels.. Ohh and as for the cable I think there wa like 8 channels :-(

Our room was ok but the shower did not work very well. They do not have any wash cloths at all, you have to use a small hand towel instead. We were awaken at 9am by loud drumming outside-it seems there was going to be an Indian wedding. We ate at their restaurant, which is an indian restaurant which the staff was not very polite. They did not give us a paper receipt but told us our total to pay which seemed more than it should have been.

Internet is included in Amenities. But No internet access. Staff said their internet is down. This is the second time internet not provided.

The price was fair but the service was not great. The staff was not friendly at alland the rooms were not that great. I booked two rooms and the water in the sink did not work in one and the shower in the other room was crazy.. We had to go out and buy washcloths because they don't provide...per the receptionists guests were taking them...really what a comment. I would not stay here again.

Its location near Edison township is OK. Breakfast was advertised but was at a $5 charge which is not cool. Room layout is a bit odd. Tried three rooms. Overall good value for what you pay.

Found a dirty sock behind the nightstand. There is a Jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room which is nice, however in a double bed room? We were on a business trip. Kind of awkward.

I was disappointed with having only one phone in the room, it was located at the desk, so the wake up call you had to get out of bed and run to the phone, which I did not make in time. So they called back this time I was in the bathroom and again missed my wake up call on the 3rd time I made it to the phone. The continental breakfast consisted of toast and cold cereal, coffee and orange juice were also available.

The hotel was easy to get to and pretty nice for the price we paid. There were definitely parts that were rundown and in need of some repair, a whole in the wall of the hallway and a wood panel missing for the jacuzzi. The room was very clean and spacious. The TV didn't really work, only about 2 channels and the wifi signal was weak. The included breakfast was pretty limited but decent enough. We stayed there while having work done on our apt, so really it was just enough for our needs.

The room was large and had a big tub. The staff were very nice and the room was clean.
