This was our 2nd trip to Hard Rock R. Maya. I was disappointed to say the least, overall it was not very clean, especially the swimming pools; pools were disgusting. The staff was not very helpful, and less attentive than I have experienced at other Hard Rocks. As soon as we checked in, we told the staff immediately that we did not want to become a member and that we were not going to go to the meeting about becoming a member, seems service went down hill really quick for us after that.
