I did note on my reservation that I have rheumatoid arthritis and climbing stairs is difficult but yet I did get a 2nd floor room. Other than that the room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The location was great.
We are always greeted by the friendly staff and when we have a request it is quickly taken care of.

Front desk staff inadvertently gave away one of our two reserved rooms to someone else before we arrived mid-afternoon. Toilet flush handle fell off on first flush. Room quite dated.
