Neat, clean, inside and out especially for the area with all the fast food joints. Friendly staff and NO insect issue!!!! BIG plus. Room clean, bed very comfortable and good breakfast. Would recommend to family & friends.
It is walking distance form Walmart, restaurants and nail shops
Tried to cancell non tefundable dont like you have to pay extra so you can cancell
The bed was just ok and breakfast was also. Staff were friendly, all was clean. No jetted spa, just hot water tub

Very basic motel, it was ok to stay for a quick overnight, room was clean and quiet. Lobby is pretty bare bones, but it was cheap, comfortable and quiet, and had a basic breakfast.
Too bad the trains are so close otherwise the place was good.
No complaints about the hotel and the location was excellent. Taco Bell next door, shopping a few blocks away, including a Walmart. Plus Sioux City is a great place to visit.
Smell bad the room & bad area. The room are small. Will never go back again

Nice stay for an overnight stay. Hot tub had some grit in bottom or would have been a 5 rating

The place was great!! Would have preferred to be closer to the Mall; however; what it wasn't immediately next too we had easy access too, Via Highway bypass & interstate. Pool was Saltwater huge winner with my kids & their skin allergies!! Only complaint was I booked me in Nonsmoking and the hotel had me booked in Smoking. They were able to get me in a Nonsmoking room; however; clerk explained had that not been available they wouldn't be responsible for a refund. Continental breakfast had a suffice the variety and the food was fresh.
Stopped here overnight on a long trip. This Days Inn is a typical just off the Interstate hotel. It was clean and tidy. When we got to our room we realized the air conditioner was not working properly. After notifying the front desk, we were quickly moved to another room with no problems. My only comment, and this is a minor one, there is no elevator. If you get a second floor room, be prepared to carry your bags and suitcases up the stairs. I would stay here again.
Receptionists were helpful and cordial and were conscientious about keeping the breakfast area clean and replenished. Rooms have been recently refurbished. This hotel is across the street from a train track so there were a couple nite time whistles that woke us up - but aside from that there is good proximity to restaurants and freeway.
We were very disappointed in our stay here. There was a cigarette burn the size of a dime in one of our fitted sheets. There were a dozen holes in our shower curtain, which resulted in water all over the bathroom floor. There was a crusty substance on the nightstand, stains on one of the comforters, the maid kept randomly entering the following morning, and the staff was less than thrilled to be there. If you wish to have breakfast, you'd better plan on grabbing it at sunrise because if you wait an hour, they run out of most everything.
Hotel is nice however if you are staying more than ome night they dont offer to clean your room unless you ask.
It is what it is...a good place to stay that's not expensive, but not too cheap. For what I expected and what the Days Inn is, I give it a high rating for meeting/exceeding my expectations.

Hi good morning sir/madam Sorry for any inconvenience for your refund thing you can call Expedia for canceling your room if you book room thru Expedia. The hotel can't cancel your reservation because you pay to Expedia
