Initial room had some issues but Aisha( apologies if I wrote the name wrong) helped us very fast and relocate us on a different one. Overall room was clean and good but fridge was damage and TV control remote not working properly. Only one ice maker was working but we were close the stairs close to the one in the first floor. Breakfast was average because it took us to go and ask to put more and took some time. It had good taste

The exercise room had equipment that needed maintenance due to broken parts and poor equipment. There was broken hear unit in the room, so exercising in there was very cold. The refridgerator in my room(215) was broken.
