There was something brown smeared on the side of the tub, which was covered up with the bathmat. It looked like feces. Also, there was mold around the plastic tub mat. There was a bag of dirty diapers laying in the hall over night, which smelled up the hall. The hair dryer was broken, and when we asked for a replacement we were told there were none, but someone would come and repair the one in our room by 6 pm. This was at about 9:30 in the morning, my hair was already wet, and we had an appointment and had to leave by 10:15 am. Needless to say, I had to go with wet hair and was unable to style my hair because of it. And by the way, the dryer was never fixed, I highly doubt they even tried to fix it. The breakfast was meh--only yogurt, waffles, banana muffins, toast, bagels, and cereal were available. I will say the coffee was good, though.

Front desk lady was awesome, very friendly. Very disappointed in the quality of our room. First thing we noticed was that the bed spread had dried up crusty stuff on it, and also what appeared to be old blood. Nxt thing we was the mirror above the sink..it looked like someone had brushed their teeth and then spit it out on the mirror, and The floors were not vacuumed

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We were scheduled to stay here February 14-16.. when we arrived the place was a mess. Literally the ceiling had fallen in from leaks and there was tubs in the hallway catching water. We got in the room to find it filthy. Sheets had stains all over them. We couldn't even bring ourselves to stay for 5 minutes. Girl at the front desk told us she would cancel and refund. Welp, they lied. Took our money and didn't refund anything. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Very old and most everything in rooms are falling apart. Had to be moved once because of mold in the bathroom. The smell was musty in new room and can smell cigarettes in the bathroom. We stayed here a year ago and it has really went down hill. Staff was very nice and the waffles were very good in the morning.
