The front desk was so helpful. Helped us get reservations for dinner. Place was in a great location. Walked everywhere. It was very comfortable and quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was good. Many options. Backyard terrace was lovely with a beautiful view. Room was comfortable and clean. Would return there again.

Great location and incredible views of Tuscany from our room. Rooms were a bit dated and small, and the ZLT situation with driving and check in was more stressful than it should be. 5 min parking outside the hotel is not enough to deal with check in. No fault of the hotel, but tourism authorities should do better in this regard with ultra strict rules.

What a unique and wonderful experience! This hotel is situated in the walled city and they helped us navigate in and out of the limited traffic zone. They also made a reservation for us at the most amazing little restaurant in Siena and just treated us spectacularly! Thank you for taking care of us for our short time with you!

Beautiful calm environment in the heart of Siena

Lovely traditional old style hotel inside the old city walls of Siena. Great room, although not huge, with fantastic views. Very attractive garden to relax in and enjoy early evening drinks and a perfect setting for breakfast the next morning. There is even a car park for those travelling by this form of transport and excellent instructions from the hotel on how to find it. Perfectly located for all the main sights of Siena. I would highly recommend.

Friendly staff and great location, the small well furnished room had a good view over the rooftops to the Duomo. However room 52 is next to the noisy lift mechanism, which acted as an alarm. For me a good hotel experience is the product of a good sleep, not a disrupted one. I would stay at this hotel, as long as my room wasnt next to the lift shaft.

Very okay place. Not worth the price. The bathroom had a hairball which was gross. There was no AC remote. The breakfast was not good. And they didn’t serve coffee, clean the tables, etc. They had a nice courtyard.

The stay was very comfortable. The rooms are as to be expected in an old Italian building… small but pretty. The view out of the back terrace was stunning, just remember to bring bug spray as the mosquitos were in full force.

Lovely hotel with garden at the back which looks onto the Tuscan hills. Our room had an exquisite view over the entire area with green trees and Tuscan villas. Talk about a “room with a view”, could not have been better. You could sit outside on the patio in the afternoon sun sipping a drink of your choice. It was a real retreat from the bustle of Siena. Floors were all authentic old tiles as were the beautiful wooden floors in our bedroom which was a nice size and not cramped. The reception folk needed some improvement regarding smiling (always free) and helpful tips when asked. I think the end of the season played a part in the wearisome responses. Breakfast was good. Bathroom great.

Stayed a very enjoyable three nights. Double room w/ garden view. “garden view” yes but also a stunning view of the Tuscan countryside. Breakfast buffet was bountiful and offered many options. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous garden view

The hotel is well located in a quiet area yet close enough to the center. It was convenient to have a parking lot close to the hotel that’s locked and has security cameras. The real gem of this hotel is the view in the garden off the back. Incredible spot to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset, have breakfast or relax at any time of day. Our room had a view of the cathedral and was really large with extremely high ceilings. It was a little cavernous however. The breakfast was expansive and delicious!

The staff was wonderful and helpful. They helped us make dinner reservations at a wonderful restaurant- Osteria da Divo. They have a very nice breakfast in the morning. There also is a very nice terrace to enjoy the view from Siena. We got a room with a wonderful view of countryside. The location was also very good as it was a short walk from the Duomo. I would highly recommend Palazzo Ravizza
