the hotel staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. they returned a camera i had left in my room through the mail, and were very polite and kind while doing it. The entire experience was great, the location was excellent, and the view inside of my room was gorgeous. 10/10 would recommend
The hotel and the room were really good. The room had a amazing view and the people from the hotel were really nice. The only negative review I can provide is regarding the temperature of the room - it was cold. But overall the hotel and the room experience was really very good.
It was good, clean and hotel is strategically located in town. Everything is just a walking distance which saves cost on transportation. Variety of food including Italian desserts are must to try during the breakfast!
Our room was clean, comfortable. It was in a decent location to walk around and see the sights. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We happened to be at Il Campo when the president of Italy was there Busy! Loud one night as October Fest was being celebrated.
Nice hotel with a good sized room, really nice city view, great staff, best breakfast, good location, couldn't ask for more :-) We loved Siena!!!! Make this your last stop for cathedrals.....the Duomo here is the most spectacular we've seen and all others pale by comparison!!!!
This is a great hotel as far as accessibility goes. It is close to many attractions and shopping. A quality stay. The staff were friendly. There is so much to see in the immediate area so you can walk rather than having to worry about transport.
The facility is nice enough and we had the most beautiful view of Sienna from our hotel room. However, the walls are paper thin! We were kept up all night when we were first awoken by a neighbor coming home late, and possibly running into everything by the sound of it, and then by a (maybe the same?) neighbor proceeding to vomit all night. The sounds were so loud it was as if he was in our own bathroom! The breakfast was decent. Coffee was necessary after our poor sleep. Don't drink the juices.
The hotel is located at one of the far edges of Siena's historical center so it is a bit of a walk to reach Il Campo and the Duomo. That said, the accommodations are comfortable, safe, clean, and the staff is lovely and very helpful.
Perfect location for walking into Siena. Parking reasonable next door . Easy drive in and out of the city . Helpful front desk staff. Breakfast good. Helpful to have English speaking front desk staff .
Nice hotel, good beds , clean ond safe. Nice staff . But, very thin walls you can hear the people talking in the room next door.very good coffee in the bar . Neat location . Siena is a charming little town
