Warm welcome at check in, quick check in, clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast was very nice, location to train station was highly convenient, and the staff very helpful and friendly. I'd stay here again. Thank you!

Location, breakfast and an incredibly helpful staff. The location is great right before you go through the first gate to the city!

The location is good. Easy to get to from the train station once you figure it out. All you need to do is take the escalators all the way to the top from the shopping center across the train station. Easy to walk to the historic center

The girls at reception desk were very nice and helpful. The room is big and quiet and safe too.will stay again if come back.

Excellent hotel. Included breakfast is the best I've had anywhere. Walking to Il Campo area is about 20 min, and restaurants nearby. Step out the door and take 8 escalators down to the train station! Nice staff. Only complaint was lack of a waste basket in the room.

after nine levels of escalators and moving stairways, upon approaching the street level, all you need do is cross the street and walk about 60 meters. a fine place. my only reservation is that there was no bar in the bathtub. city center is a good 12 or so minute walk, but there is no easy way to access. bus to san gimignano stops right across the street or in front of the hotel. must buy ticket before access.

Muy conforme .Excelente trato, limpieza, ubicación.,muy buen desayuno.
