The room was spotless. Staff were very nice. Location is perfect, 5min walk to Pub St. Moped rental available too. Great price. I would definitely stay here again when I come back.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is very large like a master bedroom with modern decor and the bed is very comfortable and large 2 meters wide and the location is perfect for walking to Pub Street and the Night Market and the Old market. You won’t find a better place than this at this price.

The reason for the low rating is missed expectations. The hotel is in a great location and very clean but calls itself a 4 star hotel. It is a 2 star. The towels are worn and had a hole in the middle. The shower didn't have consistent temperature. The overall quality of the room was just average, and the bed was of mediocre quality. All of this would have been more acceptable of it called itself a 2 star, and priced itself accordingly. Breakfast was served at 7 not 6 or 6:30 as described online. Oh and the continental breakfast should be avoided. Buy a better breakfast. Desk service was very helpful BTW! They arranged much for us.

Excellent Hotel, property is Clean and well maintained, staff is absolutely fantastic, always helpful and willing to answer questions. Short walking distance to everything and if you need transportation assistance they are extremely helpful and can assist with all your needs. No complaints, wonderful experience.

Large Room But No Real TV With Channels

No TV, really. A "Smart" TV, hooked up to You Tube, so no channels and difficult to maneuver. At best, could see excerpts of news shows but not English channels like CNN or BBC. Only hotel that charged 3% extra to pay with credit card. Staff occasionally missing at front desk, with only cleaning staff who spoke no English. Frustrating when your was late and no one could call them to check. Owner friendly and helpful when Air Cambodia canceled my flight back to Phnom Pehn and I had to get a 6 hour bus ride due to flight in Phnom Pehn the day after departure. Shower hard to maneuver. Her kids showed me how to use it. General area, though, was superb, with popular Pub Street and many restaurants and nightlife only a block or so away. No electronic key. Had to use long key for room and another for safe.

Teally good lication only a couple of minutes from Pub street. Friendly staff and very helpful. Only reason 4 stars and 5 on service was room didnt get cleaned 1 day. Put a do not disturb on first thing then changed it to please clean. The girl i spoke to said they hadnt checked again from initially looking at the do not disturb. Had to do the ckean towel walk if shame from reception

Only a 3 star rating, mainly re the property needs a little attention. First period stayed fourth floor had own wifi for the level. However, wifi was poor on first floor, as it was shared from reception on ground floor. Initially had an issue with payment by card, however, manager allowed me to settle in room first and go to atm to withdraw cash. Seemed to be hospitable most of the time, but hardly greeted when didn’t suit. Owners children, were well behaved and polite, and always said hello when walking past reception.
