I have stayed here before when I arrive late to Victoria before heading north on the Island. This time my flight was delayed in Toronto and I was worried that I would arrive past the time when someone was at the front desk. When I called them, they reassured me that even if I arrived after midnight that I would still have my reservation. They gave me the front door code and told me that there would be an envelope with my name and key at reception. I arrived after midnight and everything was there including directions to my room and other pertinent information. When I arrived at my room, they had left lights and the TV on for me too. Their policies made the stress of a late arrival less so and I am grateful. I will definitely continue to stay here in the future!
