Clean and friendly
We appreciated being in a clean, well- furnished place. Everything was great from check-in to our room, to breakfast, and customer service. Thanks to your excellent customer service wr were booked into this Quality Suites because our original booking was unavailable. But Quality suites was SO MUCH BETTER! Thank you!

The room was clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and safe.
noone offered to change out trash towels or bedding on Saturday & had to ask Friday & that was almost 4p but other than that no complaints very friendly & helpful staff
The breakfast ladies were friendly. However the room was poorly lit and had no decoration at all, making it feel drab and depressing. The grout around the tub was sloppy and didn’t look like it was professionally done. The fitness center was a joke, with a broken stair stepper and only 1 working bike.
This place was great and quiet. it was a great place to rest after a long day of travel.

Upon check in, Orbitz had not made my reservation. Staff corrected problem. Also we're very agreeable to extend stay. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Only problem, address not accurate on GPS, difficult to find.
Hotel is getting run down. Carpet is stained. Ac is old and musty. Needs to be maintained.
Very nice room. The a/c was cool, but not as cool as I would have liked. A large sign needs to be put out by the highway, we almost missed it.
