The property offers Central H/AC and loads of condiments for your comfort. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Sherman. Easy access to downtown, Austin College, Highway 75, groceries, gas & salons. Park in the rear of the property. You will be issued a code to the lockbox and enter through the rear.

This is a quaint cottage that was decorated beautifully. Many nice touches such as snacks, toiletries, hair dryer, etc. The backyard is large and nice.
