Top notch rooms and services, including free wifi and airport shuttle. Great location, easy to get to other parts of the city. Special thanks to Levin, outstanding service. He helped us many times in various things. Cheers.

I was in the 16th floor of this hotel for couple of days and it was one of the best stays I have had ever. The room was amazing and to top it up the view was to die for day or night. One could just stare out the window sipping coffee or a beer the whole night. Peaceful, serene and beautiful. The staffs were amazing very helpful, food is great as I enjoy eating food of any kind. It was a very good stay and the memory will stay with me forever. thank you Shenzhen Air International. Definitely coming back if I come to China.

You need to leave home and go to your second home and relax and have a fresh breeze all in all having a good time and interaction with other business people and also networking and trying to cut better deals

It is rare, you can drink all non-alcohol beverages because there are included in your charge. I did not know how to use the coffee machine, they sent a staff immediately. I noticed there was smoke odor in my room, I requested them to change, sounds good.

This hotel is a pretty good choice if u want to have a hotel that can go every where, it got the airport express that door to door to the hotel and it also provides express check in if u are flying sz air with them. For the rooms, is was alright for a business hotel like this, people in the front desk are pretty efficient and friendly.

Comfortable hotel with friendly service. Rooms are sizable, clean and in decent condition. But like many 4-star hotels in China, the smell of cigarettes is everywhere, even in my "non-smoking" room. I find myself wanting to spend as little time as possible in the room because of the strong cigarette smell. The windows can't be opened, so if you're sensitive to the smell you'll suffer.

This was a good hotel for business people. It has a useful location in the business district and the staff was efficient and professional. The building is old, which is a downside. It doesn't have the sheik look that most 5 star business hotels offer. The staff's English knowledge was a pleasant surprise. Checking in at the front desk in English was no problem and the manager CoCo was fluent. They had foreign employees that were native speakers as well; very useful. Taranjit and Milton were nice. Overall, I would stay here again for business.

This beautiful aviation theme hotel is located minutes from the city center. The moment you walk in, you know you're in a special place. From the branded scent throughout the hotel, to the artful lighting and decor, impecable cleanliness, and professional services, we had one of the best hotel experiences in China. We stayed for 4 nights at an executive floor room. The quality of the the furnishings, the pillows and linens, the spacious room, the grand view of the bay was outstanding. Attention to detail is everywhere. Their indoor pool and gym facilities are among the best available. Constant comfortable pool temperature, working whirlpool, sauna, and steam rooms. The only disappointment was the food and beverage oferrings at the executive lounge. Unlike most other executive floor lounges, only bottle beer and soda are offered during happy hour, and we were told that we could only drink 2 bottles (room temperature) and the rest would be charged a la carte. We are used to having an open bar and fine canapes but not here. So if you don't mind BYO, the space itself, and the service is wonderful. Also only one breakfast is offered per room. All things considered, we would definately recommend this property, and plan to return. We only wish the management would be a bit more open minded and choose to correct this issue.

This was my first time leaving the country for business, so naturally I was a little nervous to stay here, but everything turned out to be surprisingly nice. The rooms were very large, and the view from my room (the 20th floor) was incredible. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of western food and wasn't too expensive. The wifi was really slow but the employees were very professional and helpful. There was even an American man working in the lobby who assisted me with setting up a WeChat and giving me recommendations and directions around Shenzhen, he was very helpful! All in all I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if my work takes me to Shenzhen again.

The hotel is located between two metro station, and it is convenient for both, the ferry pier for airport and the HK border. My first room had a bad smell of mildew, but they changed it with a perfect one. The staff is very friendly and every time there are a couple of persons from Europe in consideration of you. The internal international restaurant is a little expensive but with a good food in general. The bad thing is the internet connection, because the Chinese Great Firewall is not suspended here, and that means no way to use Google, Google Map, Facebook and others “western” web sites.
