Pleasant property in very busy area. Rooms very spacious and comfortable along with a fridge & microwave in the room. Breakfast buffet had both Western and Chinese components with a lot of variety. Front desk at night had limited Engish facility and we communicated well through a smartphone app but lots of English speakers during day shift. Free transfer to Shenzen North Train Station

That was my first time that I traveled to China and that hotel is located in a nice street and you can easily walk from hotel to metro or enjoy walking around the hotel. The most positive point of this hotel is kind and responsible staff that really care about guests. Also the park in front of my room was amazing and I loved watching people while dancing. Also room was perfect So I will choose it again if I go to that city again.

if you are reading this, you are probably an international traveler and want to find if this hotel suits for your requirement. Let me put this very clearly: Pros: a) Excellent room b) very reasonable price Cons: Pretty much everything else. Staff doesn't communicate in any language other than Chinese (even front office), they don't have any recreational activity (gym is small and very bad shape), breakfast is very average and way below than international standard etc. Overall, this is your place if you need a place to sleep only and not going to stay over weekend or holiday. For vegetarian, please ignore this place as much as possible.

My Hotel in Shenzhen. Good localization, near Rail Station. Big room, clean, but with a bad breakfast, no international food. Staff is nice. I stay in this hotel for more then 1 year. Good for business.

Not like other Ramada hotels, this appears like a typical Chinese one. Rooms are big but with old and poor done amenities. Decor all over needs change. If any one shut door on your floor, your room door make noise too. Breakfast is lavish and delicious so is buffet at dinner. Not many of staff speak English. Located on a local shopping street with 10 minutes distance from Shenzhen north railway station.

Probably one of the nicest and comfortable hotels in the area. Closer to the Railway station and most public transport systems. Booking was seamless. Rooms were large and very spacious. Clean linen/bedding and attentive staff. Some do speak English which helps a lot. Rather book higher floor rooms to avoid noise. Hotel security not that tight. If at all possible avoid the hotel spa by all means. Its very filthy and nasty!!! Lots of small dining areas around the area serving local cuisine. Starbucks also close by.

I visited this hotel twice over the last 6 months. The rooms have a very bad smell. The floors are dirty. Breakfast is under average with plastic plates and an always broken coffee machine. Insects and spiders can be encountered all over the place. You can enter the building from the public cinema through the elevator. Strange people can be found on the floors, also due to many events taking place on the lower floors. Smoking is tolerated on the floors close to the elevators. At least staff is friendly. Stay away if you can!

Food is not fabulous but there are great dining locations just down the road. Concierge is always alert and happy to serve. Clean and pleasant looking international hotel with great rooms. There are all sorts of services they provide including booking of hotel taxis for pickup and drop off at local destinations, so it is very safe for first-timers or business travelers.

My first trip to Shenzhen and stay at the Ramada. Location was the deciding factor for booking. Close to work commitments. Minzhi station is not too far away and its 1 Stop to Shenzhen North Station. ICBC Bank branch around the corner and plenty of shops and restaurants to try down the road. Hotel serviced my room daily which was nice but the hotel is dated. Buffet breakfast is probably over rated and the bar area wasn't really that welcoming. Didn't feel like an "unwind from work and have a beer" kind of space. A renovation might be in order?? If work commitments mean I have to stay here again, so be it. It's fair for the price.

Nice Hotel, big rooms, bath room need renovation. Good food at the restaurant. Stsyed there 2 nights Not in city center, outside option's are limited, buts lots of local food vendors around the block.
