This is a very good hotel, which was supposed to be among top hotels in Shenzhen. The reality is not so bright though overall I was happy with my stay. The internet is not so fast and unstable. Galleon restaurant looks attractive, but the food there is just bad. The breakfast is inexpensive, but could be much better. The room has almost no drawers.

These properties are always a very safe bet when travelling anywhere in the World. I have always had a very good experience and the hotels are very consistent. This particular hotel- and I've experienced this frequently in China at alternate higher end hotels which annoys me to no end, is that the pool bar and restaurant is always closed down. Service pool side just is not something to look forward to in China apparently. So be it- the rest of the experience is great.
