What decent person books a room on the 2nd floor for a person on a cane? I walked into this motel to get a room for the night. The guy at the front desk clearly saw that I was on a cane. After taking my ID, he goes to the backroom and looked at some papers on the wall. He proceeds to assign me a room on the 2nd floor. They’re was hardly any cars there so it’s not like they were booked up. I get to the room after struggling to get my luggage upstairs (no elevator) and find that there’s barely any water pressure in the shower. It’s as if the guy intentionally put me on the second fl with known issues with the shower. I used to like this place. It’s the last time I stay there.

The first time we stayed it was great. This second time the room next to us was very loud all night, room wasn't as clean and we smelled weed the whole time we were there. Staff was great, but probably wont stay there again.

The room had a funny smell. The window was open when I arrived as if they were trying to air it out. It was 30 degrees outside. The hall smelled strong of smoke like someone smoking in their room. I like to get on the treadmill when traveling but the fitness room was out of order. The make to order breakfast was no different than something you could get at Kwik trip.

Staff is always wonderful. Coffee was available throughout the day which I love, and it wasn’t old. The only concern I have staying here is the mold on lamp shades and in the bathroom. The shower head looks like it needs to be replaced or decalcified, it sprays everywhere. Breakfast is great. Location is just what we needed.

We had a lovely stay in a comfortable, clean room being served by a friendly, hard-working staff. Our "Do Not Disturb" sign was respected; we were located 5 minutes away from all points Manitowoc; and had a delightful get-away for all of the above reasons.

When we checked in the gentleman was very nice and professional. The next morning went to get our breakfast and staff was to busy visiting to do there job. Waited on coffee and had to tell then when it was done brewing because they were visiting. Said they didnt have syrup and didnt look and went back to visiting. I found it. Rooms were a ok. Could use some fixing. Sorry to say I will not check into this place again.
