Run down rooms. Plug not working in bathtub. Ceiling fixtures dirty. Crib available was missing screws and had no mattress only board for baby to lay on

Told them I would pay cash for stay at checkout, but they put on my card as a hold and got 2overdrafts because of it. Breakfast was bad. Waffle dough tasted sour. No bread , had go go ask for more. Got charged $10 more for last night. Person on desk could not tell me why.

very dirty and unkept, needs a massive upgrade, hallways, office, dirty windows and doors

As expected. Breakfast wasn't much but it did what it was supposed to do. It was kind of clean. We only needed it for sleeping so it worked for what we needed it for.

Great place to stay when you need a place for the weekend of salmon fishing!

It was okay. The outside looks a bit sketchy, just needs updating and spiffing up. Rooms are small, but it is an Econo Lodge. Quiet location and right downtown. Redeeming quality....beds and pillows were some of the best I've ever stayed in. Slept like a baby. If you're like me and use your hotel for sleeping, this place is some of the best bang for your buck. Looking for an impressive hotel... Keep looking!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Not filthy but not particularly clean either. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked, except that there weren't enough outlets. Had to unplug a lamp to plug in the microwave. Overall, a good price and livable.

we were there for a 2 nite stay close to Lake Michigan for the salmon fishing. chose this place for the price which was well worth the price. Remember you get what you pay for. Pro: The staff were very pleasant.. the room was clean, you can tell they are upgrading and ours was done nicely. The price was good for us, we didn't expect a lot as we we gone at 3:30 in the morning. Cons: we registered 2 for our room and there was only one coffee, must have coffee at 3:30 in the morning to go fishing. We gave them a chance, still only one coffee, not a deal breaker. Just would have been nice.

It was hard to find. Resturant attached to it - Asian, the smell leaked through the walls and hallway. Bed was comfortable. Friends stayed here also and air conditioner didnt work, they put them in an uncleaned room. It was close to where we needed to go. I wouldn't pay more than I did for a room here.

Doesn't look like much from the outside, in fact it looks a bit iffy......but very nice room, clean, nice amenities, good downtown location. Very good value for a one-nighter.

The room was comfortable and the motel staff pleasant. Although the view from the room was at street level (could not open drapes for sunlight), I was pleased for the price and location.

To me, this hotel is downtown - close to a court house looking structure and many old buildings. The neighborhood is not bad - looks like they are revitalizing it. The facility is clean, but older. The breakfast offerings were slim. I never saw any employees at the desk or in the halls. Overall, an acceptable place to stay.

We had a wedding right across the street so it was very convenient for our stay at this motel - the price was right

The room was real spacious, with a king bed, sofa, table, two bedside end tables etc. A large tv, refrig and microwave. We only stayed overnight, but it would be a great place to be for a few days in a row with all the amenities.

Our stay was fantastic we got to the hotel at about midnight and started talking to the receptionist which ended up being th owner. We ended up with more people at the hotel than originally intended. The owner was so noce he upgraded us to a larger room for free and even got us a free pizza. Outstanding service and who new you could still get stuff for free!!!!!

The check-in girl was very friendly. We needed a last minute early check-in and had to bring a pet, and they were very accomodating. The location is neat, and there's a Chinese reastaurant attached to the hotel. We got dinner from there and the food was tasty and plentiful. We would definitely stay there again.
