Accessible room has a walk-in Shower with a shower chair and adjustable/removable shower wand. Very helpful and handy. Only had one small luggage cart. Property has only one handicapped parking space. It always seems to be in use by the time I get there. Disappointed that there was no cleaning service and the bed was not remade for a two night stay.

Nice & clean property. Right next to a Kwik Trip so you can get all the supplies & excellent food without ordering in, etc. Very convenient being in the Falls and very close to family....without staying WITH family!

Room had a foul odor, used towel hanging behind bathroom door, strong detergent smell on bed blankets. Breakfast area was lacking any egg products. Waffle maker and toaster couldn’t be operated at the same time without tripping the power outlet.

I will stay the staff was very friendly and kind. However we ended up leaving a day early because we just did not enjoy our stay. We were in a room right next to an exit door that had very high traffic throughout the night. Everytime someone came in or out the room door would loudly shake. The toilet was constantly running and the mini fridge was making loud noises all night. We found a lot of dust all over and it looked like they only changed the bed sheets and didn’t dust or sweep, there was even an old fork on the ground covered in dust. The shower curtain was not washed or changed properly before our stay there were multiple hairs on it. The microwave was full of water and the remote was sticky. I know we were not there at peak business but I don’t think that should mean standards are any lower.

It was fine. Very average experience. Only inconvenience was the housekeeper coming 40 minutes before check out time and saying “housekeeping!” And us explaining we have until 11, to which she responded “I come back in 5 minutes? 1 minute?” And we had to explain that we have the room for the rest of the hour. A bit bizarre (since she knows when guests can check out) and inconvenient since it was in the middle of us getting our luggage in order. Other than that it was all fine. Quiet hotel and clean.

I chose this place because it said hotel and bar. The bar is closed. Thankfully there was a bowling alley with a bar next door. No elevator up in this joint either.

Ok but could have been better

It was an OK stay for one night. The room was clean. However, we had to request an iron and ironing board for our room. Then we discovered that the outlet was not working and had to unplug the microwave for a working outlet. The bed for comfort was average. I recommend new pillows or bring your own pillows. Our key was deactivated before check out time while we were at a funeral. Had to get it reactivated to grab our belongings before 11.
