Well that’s interesting

First.. let me say that the management company was very good, and the things I’m going to say about the property have no reflection on them. The apartment is nice, well appointed and in a great location ( most of the time). The design of the building is flawed. There are two two story apartments on top of one another with a glass atrium like shaft that spans all floors. Because of the location of the glass shaft there is no privacy between the floors of the individual units, or the separate units themselves. Noise and light travel between the units as if they were the same unit. And if you want to you can see into the other units showers. This is unacceptable. The location is great except for weekends where the nightclub two doors down spills out onto the street until sunrise. I’m sorry this place could be fantastic, even the weekend street noise can be worked around, but the glass feature in the bedroom/bathroom does not work.
