Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Great location and clean apartment, though a bit small. The Genteel Home representative, Marco, delivered the keys right on time after we called him from our taxi. The large bottle of water in the fridge was a nice bonus. It gets quite noisy in the evening if you open the windows, but with them closed and the AC running, it’s perfectly quiet. Note that the iron was burnt on the bottom. Overall, highly recommended!
