Large extended family of 7 adults and 6 kids and 1 small dog really enjoyed this place -- celebrating Christmas together. The kitchen had many utensils and gadgets not often found in a vrbo rental. The hot tub was great and the family seemed to congregate in the porch area with the table and rocking chairs. The kids really spent a lot of time in the game room and theater room. Highly recommended.

Great location for Sevierville and great space for families

Really great location and family space. We would have liked to see a little "personal" touch with more detailed system instructions (never did figure how to use Roku or password for the Wi-Fi extender), local restaurant and shopping info, etc.. Also some "get thru the first night " things like at least an extra role of paper towels and little coffee.
