Manna Mountain Lodge rests on a premium lot and is uniquely situated to provide you with privacy while surrounding you with stunning layered mountain views. The home placement creates plenty of space for a large circle drive providing easy access and ample parking for several cars. Manna Mountain Lodge has an open floor plan layout with large expanses of glass to provide remarkable views of Cove Mountain and Mount Le Conte, and bring the natural environment into the home. The rooms and living spaces have been arranged to put this spectacular mountain backdrop on display in every room. Add separate indoor and outdoor observation towers, covered outdoor living, home theater, arcade, indoor pool and table game loft and Manna could be considered its own destination. All will be exclusively yours to enjoy with your friends and family or corporate colleagues.

OUTDOOR LIVING - The outdoor living area consists of 700 square feet of covered deck and features a fire place, built-in gas grill, hot tub and observation tower. This space seamlessly transitions to the kitchen and dining areas with bi-fold doors. The covered outdoor living area is also joined by 800 square feet of open deck creating a single large continuous outdoor space surrounded by an immersive mountain setting.

GOURMET KITCHEN - Spacious enough for multiple guests to cook at once, this kitchen is more than fully equipped for your next vacation. Style meets function with quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, double dishwashers, a double oven and two refrigerators. Large groups will find all they need for meals or snacks, including both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig, food processor, blender, and smoothie maker, a walk-in pantry, and plenty of serving dishes, glasses, utensils, and cooking tools. A large dining table seats twelve comfortably, and the huge center island with four bar stools offer additional seating and plenty of counter space for buffet-style family meals. Roomy and well-equipped, the kitchen at Manna Mountain Lodge is perfectly designed for large groups to eat and enjoy time together.

CARRIAGE HOUSE/BUNK ROOM - Located above the garage, this bunk room is a fun space for kids and adults to rest and play and enjoy time spent together. It's furnished with four full-size custom built-in bunk beds, which will be a favorite with the kids, teens, and maybe even some adults. Equipped with a living room, two - 42-inch flat-screen smart TVs, and an outdoor deck. This is sure to be a great hang out space.

MAIN HOUSE BEDROOMS - Every bedroom at Manna Mountain Lodge is a relaxing retreat for guests. Each bed is outfitted with a pillow-top mattress and cozy bedding for a restful night's sleep or lingering in the morning taking in the view. All guest rooms are sizeable and furnished with king-size beds, and 42-inch Smart TVs. Each guest room is complete with an en suite bathroom and walk in closet. In addition to the king bed, the upstairs master bedroom has a twin size built-in bunk for the toddlers.
