We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen—exactly as described. The photos honestly don’t do it justice; the views are absolutely breathtaking. My now fiancé chose to propose on the deck with the stunning mountain backdrop, which made our stay even more special and unforgettable. The host had great communication and provided clear, easy check-in directions. This is truly a wonderful property, and we will definitely be coming back!

The stay was great. House was clean and location and views were excellent. The only thing we weren't prepared for is you can hear everything between all levels of the house. But overall, we had a great time and we would stay here again.

This was a very beautiful cabin with majestic views of the leaves turning, sunrises and sunsets. Perfect time of year for a mountain retreat and this place has it all.Ease of entry was perfect. The house was very clean. Supplies were provided adequately in the kitchen and bathrooms. The outdoor fireplace with chairs was perfect. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Bathroom towels and hot tub towels were provided. Now for the however. We have been on over 20 VRBO’s vacations in the last 10 years. We have not experienced two features of the house not to be working when we arrived. What we can say is the communication from the owner was fantastic and all of his efforts to get things resolved quickly we appreciated. The owner fairly compensated us for our missing items and as quickly as they could be fixed, he had them completed as such. We still believe this is a five star home and should receive a five star review. We would gladly return to this home on future vacations, and recognize that things do happen when you’re an owner in absence

Our stay in October 2025 was perfect! This cabin is exactly as pictured and has such an amazing view. There are neighbors but you cannot see them through the trees so it feels very secluded. When I realized the cabin did not have a hairdryer, the owner quickly brought one out. He was very prompt with communication and service! The driveway is steep but our Honda Odyssey handled it just fine. We loved the outdoor fireplace, hot tub, games, and all of the extra blankets and throws. One night at 3a the motion detector lights came on and we peeked outside and saw our 1st bear! Be sure and lock your car! Pops Pinnacle is a great cabin tucked away in the Smoky Mountains!

The property exceeded expectations, offering an incredible view consistent with the provided imagery. The simple, quaint atmosphere enhanced the overall experience. The fireplace and upstairs jacuzzi were pleasant, unexpected amenities. The outdoor fireplace proved convenient, particularly during the Saturday rainfall, creating a relaxing ambiance. The opportunity to enjoy the rain with a fire was a significant highlight. I recommend this property for future stays.

It was very clean and the location was perfect being in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Great quiet mountain location with a view. Loved the cabin, decor, hot tub, rocking chairs on the deck, pac man game, and air hockey table. Perfect for a family getaway. Roads are very, very winding so just be prepared if you get carsick and take it slow. We loved it and would stay again!

This cabin was beautiful! Our stay was wonderful, everything was very clean and there was plenty of towels (bathroom and hot tub) laundry on site is a wonderful thing! Dishwasher made eating and running easy. Location was pretty remote and very quiet at night (some construction nearby) our only bear sighting this trip was right from the deck of the cabin our first morning. I wish I could give more stars!

Beautiful secluded getaway
We absolutely loved our stay at Pop's Pinnacle. The views from the deck were beautiful! The cabin was immaculate; not only were we impressed with the cleanliness, but we also appreciated the attention to detail in the decor. We found it very homey, and it felt just as we hoped a cabin in the mountains would feel. Our young boys loved the loft with the bunk beds and the games! We highly recommend Pop's Pinnacle and would stay again!

Serenity
My family and I just stayed here at Pop’s Pinnacle. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The cabin overall had great amount of space to accommodate all of us. The mattress in the king bedroom was very comfortable. My kids said that the bunk bed and mattress in additional room were comfortable as well. The two bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. The outside of the cabin has a wrap around porch with wonderful, breath-taking views along with plenty of seating. We sat out there quite often and even when it rained you were protected by the roof which was so relaxing to sit out there and listen to the rain and view the mountains in the distance. There is a hot tub on the porch which the kids utilized. The hot tub was very clean and well maintained. I was impressed with the quality of water in the showers as we come from having hard water and that was a plus for me. We went UTV off roading one day and got REALLY dirty so it was nice to have a washer and dryer unit tucked away in the kitchen. The only thing was we had to stop at the store to buy detergent and dryer sheets but it was laid out nicely in the check-in process that there are limited supplies but provided enough for our short stay. There was a extra fan provided upstairs which was nice considering we only had room to pack one from home. The cabin was clean and taken care of. Property manager was easy to get ahold of. The only downfall was it was a half hour from everything we did but we knew that before coming.
