NOTE:. Cozy Lake Joseph Cottage, recently renovated! 3 bedroom lakefront cottage with a private, shallow entry and safe diving from end of dock. Dock is large enough for two boats. Enjoy beautiful sunrises from the east facing dock.
Excellent golf courses nearby including Club Links' Rocky Crest Resort & the Lake Joseph Club, and also, The Rock Golf Club on nearby, Lake Rosseau. Nearby Marina handy for renting 'boat' or 'sea-do" and ordering a 'wood-fire' pizza. Beautiful wooded 2.5 Acre property, excellent for jogging, with access directly off of Lake Joseph Road. Lake Joseph is a deep spring fed lake with crystal clear water and excellent fishing.
We are one mile south of Gordon Bay Marina, and 3 miles south of Rocky Crest Resort. About 4 miles north of Foots Bay, a great spot for ice cream!
Nearest shopping is Foodland in MacTier which is 15-20 minutes away. Parry Sound, Port Carling and Bala are about 25-30 minutes away.

Incredible Gem, best location in Muskoka

This property is a hidden GEM. One of the final remaining "classic muskoka" properties on the cleanest, best lake in the area. It has been adorably updated while maintaining that classic feel. The BEST location on Lake Jo. You are minutes from the marina on a quiet channel, perfect for boat rentals. Our daughter is 3 and so she loved the shallow sandy entry and played it in for hours. Property was spotless and had everything you needed including towels and linens. Owners were incredible and helpful, offering up their paddle boards, canoes, anything we needed during the stay. We will absolutely be back! They don't have many reviews because they have had the same renter for years so it truly feels like a hidden gem nobody has discovered yet. If you want the true family muskoka experience on the cleanest, best lake - this is it!
