Jolly Roger is like stepping back into another time in a good way. Grounds are well maintained.Staff is friendly but for a place that rents ATVs no one seems to know anything about the trails. Offering trail tours would really enhance the experience

Good: Proximity to multiple lakes and towns, access to parks and beaches Average: breakfast is quite ordinary and most guests did not get anything as they were out of basic options (bread, butter, eggs, pancakes). Rooms were OK with average cleanliness Bad: indoor pool had some guests jumping in with everyday clothes and creating unhygienic conditions. External pool was never open, even considering Canada Day weekend

Stayed for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! While the facilities were dated as noted by other reviews, DO NOT let that discourage you because the service, cleanliness and location was perfect!! We requested a second floor room which was nicely decorated, very spacious and CLEAN! Bed was comfortable and our view from the room faced the woods and beautiful trails. We had breakfast on-site and it was quick, tasty and affordable. Make sure to try the home fries, soo yummy! The staff were very friendly and Max recommended many local sites to us which we checked out in parry sound and everything was amazing!

Hot tub not working, which was disappointing. Room was quiet, staff were very friendly. No elevator, so not an easy place for someone with mobility challenges so make sure to call ahead to arrange for ground floor with parking close to unit. Had a great time and the ATV rentals were great.

Clean place but older and musty smelling in the room. amenities are there but need updating like the pool table and signage. Hot tub is permanently decommissioned too.

I know this business is trying as the people were lovely. That said the property is very dated and I would recommend a complete overhaul. I unfortunately would not recommend this unless your standards are very low or if it is a last choice.

From walking into the ladies at the front desk to the cute lil property.. tons of areas for kids and adults to sit outside! The rooms were very clean! The beds were very comfortable and just a great spot to spend one night while passing through to staying a weekend and renting the ATVs they have on property! All aro7nd great find and wiuld recommend!!
