Beautiful red rock views

Great neighborhood located in the southern portion of Sedona so less traffic. Walk down the street and see the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. The hosts left plenty of towels, paper towels, bed linens and toiletries for two people for a week. They also have plates, cups, cookware, etc They also provided dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. If we come back to Sedona, we would want to stay here again.

From the listing, I was impressed that there were 3 bedrooms, and a queen bed and futon in one room but on our arrival, we were dismayed that the futon was in a living room. We managed placing all of us in the house We loved the place very much and found it so peaceful.

Great location in Sedona

This home is near all the action of Sedona but it is in an upscale single family neighborhood next to a golf course with an incredible view out of the open back yard. Home is very clean. It has a very large master bedroom. Great large space ideal for a family or two or three couples. Impressive property for the price.

Close to Red Rock

I loved the vibe of this place. It’s quiet and private. We went to get away, do some hiking and this place was perfect. The Red Rock Crossing and Bell Rock are less than two miles away. We really enjoyed the fire pit and big backyard. The house is clean and had plenty of room. We cooked quite a bit in the big kitchen and had everything we needed.

Great stay

We were able to quickly rent this property when we had an unexpected stay in the area. We found the property to be sparkling clean and the interaction with the property manager to be great. I had been a little concerned due to one review that said things were dirty and furniture was worn - that was NOT the case for our stay (furniture looked new!). All in all the location, spaciousness, and comfort of this was perfect for our needs and we were glad to be able to spend some time in the area with this as our home base.

Unfortunately when we arrived at the property it had NOT been cleaned from the previous renter. This issue was quite disturbing not to mention "gross". The property manager did send a cleaner over within a couple of hours. Several other items need desperate attention before I would recommend this property. These are the following: Bedroom vertical blinds over a sliding glass door that leads out to patio were missing several slats and did not twist close. No way to have privacy or keep light out. The patio area was covered in leaves and other outdoor debris. Half of the outdoor patio chairs were completely trash (seat bottoms fallen through) and the other half needed a good dust and wash before sitting in. The living room couches need replacing unless you like sitting on the floor. This house is not up to VRBO standards at all. We were issued a "small" refund but not near enough to account for the sub par state of this property.

Prefect for our Sedona vacation.

This home is very spacious and in a very quiet area, yet close to a very nice grocery store and easy access to highway 179. Everything was clean and well stocked for eating in, grilling, etc. except only a few bowls for cereal. We bought 6 plastic bowls that we left for future visitors to use. The back yard could use some clean up. Compared to other accommodations in the area, you can't go wrong here.
