Homeless people outside the spa. No signage that it is the entry. Looks like a Best Western remodeled. Parking is poorly lit. Just unlucky on the room maybe. The pool area was cool but covered in leaves. The room itself was clean and nice. Nice welcome gifts. Good 3 star place, not 4 star.

I recently stayed at The Wilde Resort Hotel & Spa and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is decent—situated off a busy street but tucked into a more residential area, which made it feel quieter than expected. The grounds were very well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Check-in was smooth and easy, and my room was spacious and comfortable. One standout for me was the daily room service, although the cleaning was light (noticeable dust on furniture), its a rarity these days and was greatly appreciated. The resort does have an on-site restaurant, which is convenient. However, unlike many hotels I’ve stayed at, there was no discount, coupon, or dining incentive offered to guests, which would have been a nice added touch. We checked in on a Saturday and checked out on Wednesday. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the complimentary yoga and on-site activities. While these offerings were a great idea, there wasn’t much happening between Sunday and Wednesday, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a beautiful property and with more consistent weekday activities and a small dining incentive for guests, it would be an even better stay.

All staff were genuinely kind, caring and helpful which was noticeable and much appreciated. Guest satisfaction and attention to detail is something the Wilde Resort & Spa management strongly believe in, and the extra effort pays off to make the difference between a "nice stay" typical of most hotels, and a "truly memorable experience" at the Wilde Resort which you talk about for several days afterwards. Everything from texting us that we can check-in early, to our time spent at the spa, a great room (my wife and I had a King suite), an amazing breakfast at the resort's Rascal restaurant, to checkout was truly a restful & relaxing get-away. Just the experience what you always hope for, but don't always receive, even at highly rated hotels. If you are in need of a real break from the grind and some down time to kick back and destress, we highly recommend the Wilde Resort & Spa. They'll show you how it's done. Max.

The grounds were nice. Great spot to hang out in the evening by one of 3 fireplaces. Rooms were good size and beds comfy. The showers could use a little extra attention but overall clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Central location was great. Spa wAs more of an energy experience than a dark calm one but I enjoyed my treatments. Best chocolate martini I've eve ever had was from Rascal's bar.
