The property has a truly great view, which was the highlight of our stay. The location was also convenient and quiet. That said, the furniture and décor are worn and dated, and the kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking meals, for example only 3 dinner plates. The bath towels were also smaller than expected and no wash clothes. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for the view, but some updates and better kitchen and bathroom amenities would improve the experience for the price.

This is a lovely and spacious home in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with incredible views of the towering red rock formations for which Sedona is famous. The location is very convenient - close to hiking, shopping, etc. we very much enjoyed our stay! :)

Perfect for us!

We were in Sedona for three nights for a bike festival so we were not at the house all day but when we were there it was a perfect set up. Two bedrooms two baths made it extra relaxing and what they don’t tell you in the listing is that it’s beautifully quiet and high on a gentle hill so you can see beautiful views. It’s a dead-end street with beautiful homes and we met one very friendly kind neighbor. Extremely quiet wonderful!! I’d book the same house again!!!

Great place and location

We enjoyed the location and this lovely space near so many great trails. Appreciate being able to bring our dog with us on holiday. Well stocked kitchen and lots of great outdoor spaces. Comfortable living space with great views. At this time there is no garage access for renters. Unfortunately we saw some cockroaches during our stay. The management company was very responsive as was the owner. They agreed that this was serious and said that they would get an expert in ASAP and that in 25 years they have not had this problem. They also report having regular inspection/preventative treatment from an expert. They agreed to give us some financial compensation for this.

Great place!

Check in and out was very easy. Great instructions provided. Awesome location and views. Property as described. All basic necessities provided. A lot of space. Great for a family not wanting to be cooped up in a hotel room.

Great view , nice place.

The tv in bedrooms didn’t work or maybe we didn’t figure them out. Instructions would help. Fireplace didn’t work either. Overall a great place to stay, just a few hiccups. After all you don’t stay in Sedona for the tvs. Beautiful home.

Wonderful views

Our stay was great! Myself, my daughter, and my parents stayed and all stayed comfortably. If I would suggest anything it would be to upgrade the beds in the spare room and replace the carpet throughout with tile. The carpet was whitish carpet but was very black! Also for anyone staying in the future- the neighbor on the front entrance side is not very nice! He yelled at me for leaving the porch light on at night because it shines in his bedroom…well excuse me but my parents are handicapped and we were up there for my brothers wedding for 1 night and we’d be coming home in the dark so I left it on for my handicapped parents to see where they were going so they didn’t fall. I kindly suggested he get better window coverings for his room! Other than that the stay was great!

Lovely home and neighborhood. House stayed cool despite 100+ temperature outside. Disappointed that twin beds weren’t converted to king bed as requested on my VRBO booking as we were two couples celebrating my husbands 60th birthday..

Perfect mom daughter's getaway home!

This home is perfect location to local hikes and a short drive to downtown Sedona. Everything was wonderful! If I had one suggestion it would be to run the dishwasher at night after socializing is done as it is quite chatty on its own but it just added to the charm of this whole weekend. We will be back!

Quiet and Great Views

The property worked great for my wife and I. We were able to ride to trailheads for a couple days, leaving only a couple drives for Sedona riding. Bed was comfy, house was clean and it was quiet. We were able to work around the short supply of dishes and low-quality pots/pans/cutlery. Those items are not expensive anymore. Also, the living room couches were not comfortable. My final complaint is the number of guests. It would comfortably sleep 4, not 6. We usually travel to mountain bike with two other couples. If they had come, we wouldn’t have had enough dishes (2 bowls), nor would any other couple been comfortable sleeping. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but recommend some listing changes and upgrades.

Village of Oak Creek

The home was very spacious and clean and pictures were representative of the property. Kitchen utensils, cups, plates, pots and pans, etc. were not great and should be improved. No information was available regarding how to use the TV or places of interest, restaurants to try, etc.. Just some older magazines. The bathrooms were well equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner. We would stay there again but hope the owner updates some things.

the home and view great -- but no electricity in both bathrooms

management was notified of the electric outage in both bathrooms but never responded. Couldn't use the electric toothbrushes and had to do hair in the front foyer.

Its a beautiful home in a very homely neighborhood where people walk their dogs and children play . House was just perfect in every possible way. Plenty of space to sleep and fooseball table was fun. Backyard is very serene for morning coffee or evening chat. we were a family of 7 kids and adults together . Thank you so much .

Nice Condo, Quiet Location

Well appointed condo in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We liked the location being in a village just south of the much busier and touristy Sedona proper. Still tits only a short 10 minute drive to Sedona restaurants and shops, although there are several nice restaurants in Oak Creek as well.

Gorgeous!!!

This place was amazing. By far the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in, which makes for such a wonderful stay. Cleanliness is super high on our list and this place really nailed it. It was also a great location. We were there mostly for Sedona, but I’m so glad we stayed here, (in the village of Oak Creek) just 7 miles from Sedona’s heavily trafficked area. We got to drive the scenic byway multiple times to and from things we did. The views from the rental are breathtaking. I loved to just sit on the couch with my morning cup of coffee and look out the window at the beautiful view of the red rocks. This rental was fully stocked with all the essentials. If I ever come back to Sedona I will stay here.

Perfect Home Base

This was our first time to Sedona and this house was in the perfect location - away from the hustle and bustle of uptown Sedona. Very quiet neighborhood! The house was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean and very spacious! I loved all the unexpected amenities like shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms! It was a great location for our hiking trips and trips to nearby towns. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place

The house was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed to make our trip great. The location is very convenient to get to the trails and restaurants. Plus, the views are amazing from the house. We would definitely stay here again.
