Conveniently situated just a 5-min. drive from West Sedona, this hidden gem offers proximity to shops, restaurants, and hiking trails, ensuring you have the best of both worlds - a serene retreat in nature and easy access to town.

Whether you`re a solo traveler seeking solitude, a couple desiring a romantic escape, or a small family yearning for quality time, The Guest House provides the ideal haven to experience the essence of Sedona.

Juniper Ranch is located off of Dry Creek Road in the historical Color Cove neighborhood. The neighborhood consists of ranch land, horse properties, and estates on large 1+ acre lots. This is a quiet residential area, please be respectful of our neighbors. We are in close proximity to West Sedona and many trailheads, including: Devils Bridge, Thunder Mountain, Mescal Trail, and Sugarloaf Mountain.

This home is in a residential area, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming apps on Smart TV`s. Cable service is not provided.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1000 for deodorization.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and has an array of amenities, including a washing machine, a fireplace, and a balcony. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

Gorgeous and tranquil

This was the best rental property I’ve ever had the privilege to stay in. The house was very clean and full of little extra touches - the kitchen in particular was well stocked. The decor was so peaceful. The front porch that looked out over Sugarloaf Mountain was absolutely tranquility. The area was very quiet. Just what I was looking for to help me recharge and relax. The location also can’t be beat - it’s very close to popular trails and some great restaurants. It was the perfect stay.

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Don't look any further if you need a home base to explore the area. The neighborhood was exactly what we wanted: a little off the beaten path and very quiet. We were able to explore all over during the day and know that we were returning to a comfortable, peaceful place to rest. Horses for neighbors!Every time we thought of something that we might need we found that it was already thought of and covered at this property. Kitchen is definitely small, but is arranged thoughtfully and easy to cook in. Everything was super clean when we arrived. 5 stars and more. WHEN we return it will be to stay here again!

Perfect little getaway

Property mgt was in constant communication to ensure our stay was perfect. The property had all the amenities listed, was clean and well stocked. It was also in a perfect off-the-beaten-path area, jn a great, quiet neighborhood.We did have a couple of small visitors (spiders), but that's to be expected with the location.I do have 1 suggestion: have a journal for visitirs to share & recommend places they went during their stay. Super Cute House with great views!

Beautifully updated house, super functional, great for a couple, waking up with a view of the red rocks was a special treat! Very quiet neighborhood but close access to services, restaurants and easy access to Uptown Sedona. Loved the decor, super comfy bed and great host!

Peaceful Retreat

This little gem was larger than we expected and suited our needs perfectly. From the moment you step through the doors you feel calm and relaxed from this very serene setting. The bed and linens are super comfy. The location is very close to some of the best hiking in Sedona. The location is far enough from the main roads to be super quiet yet close to all the great restaurants. I could not have asked for any more with this rental!
