Staff was very friendly and nice. Good privacy and felt safe. We were surprised to find out that they only clean the rooms once a week and only on particular days. Therefore, we stayed 3 nights and did not have our room cleaned at all.

This is not a hotel, in the conventional sense. Being part of an international resort program, of some kind, they want you to sit through a sales meeting, for a spa or dinner voucher. We passed on this though. The room does not include daily maid service either. All this being said, the location and grounds were very nice, and the price we got on Orbitz was very good. I would stay there again.

A little over priced because of location. AC wouldn't go below 70F. Not located in larger Sedona area, but a couple of miles before it. Very comfortable with Good amenities in the unit.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Nice beds. Friendly staff. Patios are nice as well. I couldn't hear any road noise even though my room faced the road. I had a nice view also. I was disappointed that my fireplace was broken and there was no attempt to fix it during my stay. The walls are also quite thin, so you will hear your neighbors and people walking above you. The configuration is a little strange for watching tv. Aside from that everything was fine and I have no complaints. I did not try the pool so I can't comment on that. There is no daily maid service, just as an FYI.

Booked two nights but did not realize hotel was not right IN Sedona but in Oak Creek, just a few miles outside of Sedona. Turned out that was no big issue as there were all kinds of amenities like coffee shoos, grocery store, etc very close by. And the rock formations were very close and visible with lots of areas to pull over, take photos and walk the trails. Room we had was a "studio suite" with king bed, sofa, kitchenette with stove, full size fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. We were on lower level so had a little patio with sliders to sit outside if we wanted. The hotel provides several outdoor BBQs if you want to do some grilling. Only down side was the noise from guests directly above us! You could hear them walking and moving around which became annoying at times! Other than that, our stay was fine.

My husband and I stayed overnight and had a lovely dinner at nearby Schoolhouse Reataurant.

Kitchen w/ everything is just excellent. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again if visit Sedona again.

I was very pleased with our rooms, but a drive to the tourist things that I wish were closer. I was NOT impressed with the Concierge's desk, they seemed like they were not genuinely interested in what I had to stay, and especially the older gentleman with glasses, i think his name was Mark.

This place was great for the money. It was clean, modern, and had all the amenities. A nice little gem in Sedona. We had 3 other couples that stayed as well and we keep talking about going back.

rarely do hotels exceed expectations. concierge was very helpful with choosing the trails i walked the next day. conveniently close to lots of restaurants. room was very comfortable and plenty of space. great overall experience. only regret- i wish i booked a couple more days

Hotel is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

great place for the money, Nice clean but little bit away from downtown I would recommend this to all.

Nice hotel for the money. Sedona is pricey, so this hotel gives you more bang for your buck!

The check in staff were friendly. The room was fully equipped with kitchen for me and my wife. It was clean and comfy. The location is great .We are a Malaysian Chinese couple and so the location of the hotel was great as it is near to a great Chinese restaurant named RED CHOPSTICK. Besides being near to 2 great golf courses within minutes of driving.Overall a great 5 star stay and will come again.

This is a great property. Located in a very convinent place for a visit to Sedona Area.

Excellent. Stayed one night there. Did BBQ at property. Got lot of goodies from the office

great experience, nice 1 bedroom apt, very good service,

Hotel was fantastic but the tv is poorly placed. Great views of the red rock.

As its name implies, this hotel is very close to Bell Rock. For us, it was in a perfect location...many of the scenic parts are within a few miles of the hotel. Check-in was quick, and check-out required only a quick call to the front desk. Our room was a king bed with a sleeper sofa. The king was comfortable. The sofa could have been better...but what can you expect from a sleeper sofa? The room was clean, quiet, and VERY spacious. At check-in I was informed that I had some kind of future balance to use at the resort, and I was told to come back to talk to the concierge to find out more. It appeared to be an attempt at a gimmick to buy in to a timeshare, so I didn't talk to the concierge and that was the end of it. Also, lots of food options nearby. We ordered delivery from Famous Pizza, even though their location is right next door...delicious.

Large, clean, well appointed studio suite with kitchen, etc.; great property with two pools and beautiful grounds. Friendly check-in staff accomodated my early check in request. Dropped my bag and easily walked to the bell rock trail for an amazing afternoon of hiking. Limited walking distance dining options... but I will still be back!
