Super quiet nights, comfy bedding , tasty food at Robbies restaurant nearby

The property is in the middle of nowhere. They are next to a rundown trailer park. Local foot traffic on the road out front with folks hitch hiking. Only 3 local places to eat near by. We had a reservation for 3 nights but never unloaded our luggage. We were given a key and were told the cable tv was not working. We went to get a bite to eat and decided it was not for us. Prepaid for the room, spent 10 minutes on site. Asked if we could be refunded and were told no. Stay in Sedona.

Worst hotel experience ever!!! It’s around 2.5 hours from Grand Canyon. Location is very very far from everything and in a regular neighborhood. We thought we were lost. The microwave had so much dust on top that you could right your name on it. Kids couldn’t watch tv because there was no signal and internet did not connect. The smell in the room was horrible. They even had room refreshers on top of the tv and there were spots on the carpet like these were left there and never cleaned. I HAVE PICTURES!!! We erroneously booked 2 nights but the smell was terrible and we decided to go the first day and book somewhere else. When confronting the front desk, the lady said they had refreshers in every room (that says something right there). Moreover, the hotel office closes 11pm - 7am. Thus, if you need anything after hours, you are out of luck. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel at all. Orbitz should remove it from their database. Very dissatisfied!!

I was very happy staying at Beaver Creek Inn. It was clean and cozy. Spacious room compared to many other motels. And staff was very friendly. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting Sedona.

Clean comfortable room. Very quiet area not far from points of interest. good dining in area

Sweet little hotel in a cute little hamlet. Front desk person was wonderful and friendly.

Was my first time staying here and was a clean room and was nice and quiet

This is a nice hotel not far from slide rock and Sedona. I probably would stay there again to be honest. But the staff is a little quirky. First, they really insist on you telling them exactly when you will check in. They will send you several emails until you call them with an ETA. I told the gal I would be there when I get there but that wasn't good enough. When you're on vacation, the last thing you want to do is be stressed out about your time of arrival at a hotel. Maybe that's just me. Second, they put me on the second floor, which is totally fine but then me and other tenants got told off at 9 in the morning because our kids were "stepping" too loudly. Not sure what to do about that, I just told the kids to step less loud? Anyways, apart from that, the rooms are clean and in good condition, just a little dated. The breakfast is not great but it's free so it's ok, there's other breakfast options around if you need. If you don't mind the staff being a little weird, the hotel is actually just fine, especially if you're just stopping off for a night. For an extended stay, maybe look around some more.

This motel is out of the way of the major attractions of the area, but it makes up for it with price and cozyness. It is cheap, clean, and comfortable. It has cute decorations spread around the premise. It has a common room with board games, snacks, and drinks. The snacks and drinks are also cheap. The staff are very friendly. It gives you that vibe as if you're just crashing at a friend's house.

Quiet location . Nice spacious rooms. Close to many tourist sites and towns within 20 miles. Staff very pleasant . We had a wonderful stay!

Spacious and quiet rooms, with comfortable beds. Very clean and well maintained.

A little hidden and not close to any store, however the hotel is extremely confortable, very welcoming, super clean, room is pleasant and spacious, the bathroom is very clean. A nice plus: the hospitality room, there is lots and lots of little snacks, water, fruits, coffee and tea, everything is from 25c to 1$. In the morning breakfast is available in the same room. A very nice detail. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Nice place. Not too far from Sedona, but huge price difference. Friendly stuff, breakfast included, rooms well furnished and clean.

Nice ,quiet hotel with large, clean rooms and helpful staff. Close to montezuma's castle and well. Short ride to Sedona and all the Verde valley attractions. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends!! Very good breakfast place called Crickets across the street in walking distance from the hotel. Good communication from hosts at the hotel. .

I loved the room, very nice, and each room has its own little patio with a table and chairs. Only one bad thing, the showers will turn from ice cold to scorching hot as others use them. And I mean scorching, I literally had to jump out of the shower to avoid being burned.

The hotel is very clean and quiet , located in a remote area. Hotel staff is very friendly. Has a taste of B&B. Very conveniently located to different travel sites. Only one restaurant nearby but has good foods and the price is reasonable.

The room itself was good, clean bedding and ample rustic furniture. It was impossible to take a comfortable shower as the water temperature went from one extreme to another and the floor of the tub/shower was so slick you could barely stand up. Also the one available wall outlet was so worn out it wouldn't hold phone chargers in place. The sink stopper was broken off in the drain and was unusable.

Room is big and cozy, however, the wifi was very poor and slow. Breakfast was terrible, only few choices. If you want to take second bagel or yogurt, you need to pay. Only cold foods, no meat, no eggs.

Hello, The Beaver Creek Inn is located in a quiet retirement community that allows people to get away from the noise and the prices of larger cities. The nearest trailer park is over a mile away, and the local foot traffic consists of people walking their dogs and retrieving their mail. When you decided not to stay at the hotel after checking in, the reason you gave the front desk was that the hotel was not as close as you assumed to Sedona. Our location is clearly listed on Orbitz, even giving exact drive times to downtown Sedona and other Verde Valley attractions. It is the guest's responsibility to research the location of their chosen hotel when making a reservation. Regards, Beaver Creek Inn Staff

We’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay at the Beaver Creek Inn. Our location is clearly listed on Orbitz, even giving exact drive times to downtown Sedona and other Verde Valley attractions. It is the guest's responsibility to research the location of their chosen hotel when making a reservation. Arizona is a state that gets very hot and very cold depending on the time of day and year, and to maintain temperature controls it’s necessary to keep the doors and windows shut as much as possible. However, shut rooms get stuffy even with constant use, and the air fresheners combat that. It is possible the smell that you are referencing are our chlorine-based cleaners, which we use to treat every room between guests. When investigating your carpet we found two roughly quarter-sized stains that looked to be nothing more than spilled coffee. Since your visit we have updated our WIFI network to a stronger and more reliable connection, and while we do not have anyone on-site between 11 PM and 7 AM, we do have 24-hour phone service. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip.
