The rooms are very spacious and clean. Had some of the best nights sleep due to how awesome the bed was. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Great room and staff

This was a beautiful property and our room and stay was delightful.

Owner was quite friendly and check-in went smoothly in spite of having to do it over the phone. Southwest decor was kind of nice. Room was clean and had a pleasant smell. Room didn't have iron and ironing board which was unfortunate as we'd had to to stuff our suitcases pretty tightly and stuff wrinkled.

Check-in was easy in this age of COVID. The room was large with a king size bed that was very comfortable and could almost sleep three people. Very nicely decorated with Southwest furnishings. Microwave and refrigerator. Coffee maker. TV. The bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and makeup remover. Bath towel could have been a little larger. Building was not your typical motel as you can see by the photos.

You get what you pay for... tried to save a couple of bucks but in the end it wasn’t worth it. I could go on about the check in experience but it’s not even worth with my time. The floors creaked and were sensitive. If you’re on the second floor, you have to tip toe around or else the people below will complain. There was only luke warm water for about 5 mins to shower with. Pro: beds were comfy and the room had a mini fridge and microwave. If you just want a cheap place to lay your head at night, go for it.

My family and I absolutely feel in love with this place. Friendly staff. Nice to wake up early go for a walk.

So quiet and peaceful. Beautiful scenery and the room was really nice. Close to Sedona and Camp Verde.

Great little getaway spot. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

They have a free movie library and a quaint breakfast area. Located in a quiet area.

Super quiet nights, comfy bedding , tasty food at Robbies restaurant nearby

The property is in the middle of nowhere. They are next to a rundown trailer park. Local foot traffic on the road out front with folks hitch hiking. Only 3 local places to eat near by. We had a reservation for 3 nights but never unloaded our luggage. We were given a key and were told the cable tv was not working. We went to get a bite to eat and decided it was not for us. Prepaid for the room, spent 10 minutes on site. Asked if we could be refunded and were told no. Stay in Sedona.
