The good: Rooms are great. People at the front desk are nice. Security (who check us in late at night) was awesome.
The bad: Really far from everything. If you stay for more than two days and you need toilet paper, better go get some yourself, we waited over 3 hours for the first roll refill (only one roll brought) We call again the next day, Another roll around 2 hours after we call in the morning. I went to walmart for a six pack in 1hour or so, way faster than them. I really didn't appreciate this part. Then the other part that I didn't appreciate with kids is that they sent the cleaning crew to peak on your windows since 8:30 or so (that is when I realized they were peaking) on checkout day. They keep coming every 20-30 minutes and picking on your windows. Even when the windows are closed you can still see through the sides. I had to talk to two of the cleaning people to stop peaking. Every time they sent someone else the next time.
The check out is really strict, $50 per first 30 minutes late check out? $100 after that per each hour? What! We didn't have to late checkout but for someone with kids, we know this is a bad thing most of the time.
