Staff was friendly, campus was excellent, access to Sedona and the local small towns/winery's was superb. room was great, with a kitchenette and separate bedroom, great place, will return.

Our stay at this property was comfortable and spacious with my family of 4. Our room had all the necessary things while away from our own home such as: cups/plates, silverware, extra bedding material etc which was extremely helpful. All you needed was a small amount of groceries (depending on the length of your stay.
This property would have been a five star review had the hot water not been an issue. We tried with no luck on the night of arrival to get hot water even just to wash our face. Next morning, same thing. We were afraid to get in the shower for fear it would stop working mid-shower. Called the front desk and she sent over maintenance - they let the water run for about 10 minutes and finally got some hot water. My husband went to shave and was half way through shaving when the hot water quit once again. Finally just gave up - they would not refund our money because we had reserved through Orbitz so told us to contact Orbitz. We contacted Orbitz and we told that they could not get a hold of anyone to work this out. So disappointed.
