Very convenient location and free parking which in Seattle is a real luxury. Room on the small side but amazing bed. Nicely redone bathroom.
Price! Was great. Was available when we needed it. Was an easy walk to Swedish Hospital on Cherry Hill - "my friend was having surgery there." The place was just a basic sleeping room with bathroom and an EXCELLENT shower. The room seemed recently remodeled. Also had Netflix/Prime Video and WIFI. We are happy.
Comfortable and clean. Smaller than what I was expecting from the pictures but had all we needed for one night. Liked the security of the gate and that there were restaurants nearby to grab a bite when we got in late.
No staff on-site and no way to get ahold a anybody. Had troubles getting the key and unable to get any help. Left messages and didn’t ever hear back from anybody.
The bar outside is really loud which is fine for downtown Seattle but it would have been nice to have been told about it in the booking. Overall it was nice and the process was smooth
Great location. Easy check in and clean Comfortable room.
Nice, clean, convenient! Liked the memory foam mattress.
Cozy and unique property. The amenities are simple but perfect for what we needed. The furniture and room itself were comfortable and clean. The other reviews are correct in that Friday night is pretty loud outside (a couple of bars nearby), but we brought earplugs and slept just fine. The Inn also provided earplugs, which was thoughtful of them. Great little cafe across the street, and two excellent Ethiopian restaurants within a couple minutes' walk. Overall, great place, and would stay here again.
I loved the location. It felt like home. It was unique. The beds were comfy.
Positives: - The decor in the rooms are pretty artsy and cool. - The rooms have recently been renovated, and the fixtures and furniture are close to new. It looks like the owners put a lot of both money and sweat equity into the property. - The location is not far from downtown Seattle, and there is street parking. Negatives: - The neighborhood seems like it's not the best. Although I didn't feel unsafe. - From the pictures (indoor only), the place looks like a really fancy hotel. But it looks like a renovated townhouse in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. - The property is attached to another townhouse, which looked really beat up. When we first drove up, I was in disbelief, compared to what I expected from the pictures. - There's no mattress on the bed!!! It's just a sheet of spongy foam. I felt like I slept on a marshmellow. I woke up after the first night with a backache. Luckily the nice lady/customer service/owner let me have a refund for the second night that we already paid for. - There's no hotel lobby or attendants on site. It felt more like AirBnB and less like a hotel or inn. Overall, looks like a mom and pop startup Inn, which has potential if the house nextdoor is also renovated, the neighborhood cleaned up, and a proper bed and mattress are put in every room. In its current form, I don't recommend staying there, although the pictures are very aluring. Aside from not recommending it, it is also waaaaaaay overpriced!
